    Steps to reproduce: Drive through this section of the track and you will not get a track limit warning

    Bug (or feature?): Engine Braking setting in Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 (Gen1) makes negligible to no difference

    Track & Layout Used
    : Imola (irrelevant)
    Car Used: Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 Gen1
    Applicable Settings: n/a
    Report: Engine Braking adjustment in car setup has no effect.
    Steps to reproduce: I tested this by driving between two points in 2nd gear and lifting off the throttle at 90km/h at the first point and measuring the speed by the second point. Tests at 5/5 and 1/5 engine braking, final speed was 61km/h. Third test at 0/5 I may have messed up, speed at second point was 58km/h.

    By comparison, my results in the same test and same two points in the Porsche 911 GT3 R gen1)
    10/10 Engine braking: 87 down to 62km/h
    4/10 Engine braking: 88 down to 57km/h
    0/10 Engine braking: 88 down to 53km/h

    I also tested the same at a different point in the McLaren GT3 gen1, 10/10 engine braking was 80 to 55, 0/10 was 80 down to 44.

    (this topic came to mind when I was asking for advice as to why I struggled driving the 911 compared to the Nissan)

    Believe it or not I found a new bug

    Track: Kansai
    Car Class: Evo cup
    Settings: 12 lap race mandatory pit stop with 1 tire change mandatory

    When making a pit strategy, if I make a 1 tire stop on the right side (side of the pit wall), the pit stop will take 1.5 seconds
    If I make a 1 tire stop on the left side, it takes 13 seconds
    If I make a 2 tire stop for only right side tires it will also take 1.5 second
    These cars have 5 lug wheels, it should take at least 10 seconds to do either side.
    When I save the pit strat, it goes up to 23 seconds, but when I click into the menu itself it says it will take 1.5 seconds

    Report: In the setups, if the description of the value do not fit the space, it is not possible to scroll the description in any way, so you can not see the full text, I tried to move the cursor to the text rea, but as soon as my crussor leaves the parameter area the text disappear. Example below.
    Steps to reproduce: Go to any car in any track and go to setups

    Applicable Settings: Time Trial mode with a circuit/class combination that has two or more ghosts with setups
    Report: When more than one ghost is loaded in Time Trial mode trying to load the second (or third) ghost's setup will always load the first ghost's setup instead.
    Steps to reproduce: In TT mode add two or three ghosts and load the track. Click the button to load any setup from any ghost on the list and you always seem to get the setup from the first on the list.

    I don't think this used to happen pre-1.6 - but I could be wrong :)

    Report: Porsche GTE has incorrect values for front left fast bump damping.
    In the images below you can see that symmetrical setup is enabled and both sides are on step 10 (first image) and step 1 (second image).
    The values for FR are between 6750 and 11750 N/m/s (which makes sense), whereas the FL values range between 675 and 5675 N/m/s, which is way too low. You can almost turn off the damping completely.
    It is clear that the values on the right side are correct and the values on the left side should mirror the ones from the right side.

    Report: Graphic Issue
    When a car behind the player has an engine failure, you do not see the smoke in your mirrors although I have maxed out my graphic settings. Smoke just gets visible all over sudden a few seconds before the terminal damage occurs and the AI retires.
    In the replay, the smoke is visible right from the start of the failure.

    Report: In these two corners the framerate absolutely shatters and instead of running at my locked 72hz mode, it drops to what feels like 36. This is the ONLY track where such a thing happens. Both offline and online.
    Steps to reproduce: Drive through these two sections of the track that you see on the screenshots, while using VR.

    Report: Menu items on the options screen during a session with disjointed sequence.
    Steps to reproduce:
    After entering any game session, whether free practice, hotlap or race, when opening the options menu the selection of menu items follows a meaningless sequence, jumping from option 2 (Controls) to 4 (Camera). If option 3 (Cockpit Configuration) is selected with the mouse, for example, the same behavior occurs, but with menu items 5 and 6 (Audio and HUD Layout Editor). To select options 3, 5 or 6 with the keyboard or directional pad on a controller or steering wheel, you must press the directional pad down as if there were two separate menus on this screen.

    This behavior does not occur on the game options screen when outside of a session (when opening the screen from the main menu or any other game session configuration screen, for example).

    Steps to reproduce: When you open the vehicle selection screen and navigate the screen using the keyboard or the directional pad on a controller or the steering wheel, the selector jumps to the list of vehicles in that category, interrupting navigation through the category list. To return the selector to the category list, you must press the directional pad right and then left, which will automatically return to the category list in the leftmost column of the list. If the selector is moved to the right column, the vehicle list is selected again.

    Report: Regression in UI usability
    Steps to reproduce: Just try to navigate the UI using keyboard only. No highlight without mouseover on buttons, cant change select buttons with arrow keys. Cant get to buttons with arrow keys on most selection screens to push enter to select.
    And, yes to add to the post above, when returning to the left group menu in car selection screen, the car stays selected with a red blob, which is confusing, add back <enter> to select a car from the group, then Left arrow (pad) to get back to the groups, this way you can navigate the groups with arrow (pads) without constantly getting into the car list when you just want to go to second column.
    How to fix: Just copy how it worked in 1.5, it was perfect.

    Steps to reproduce: In the Session Settings screen the menu options Start Time and Time Progression can't be changed using the keyboard or gamepad/wheel directional controls used to navigate, only the mouse.

    Steps to reproduce: Sprint Race engine sounds are too quiet in all cameras (specially inside the cockpit), except when viewing from the chase cam.

    Report: Any car on any track the PXN V99 steering wheel gets stuck to the right when entering the game. I've tried everything I could think of, and nothing has made the slightest progress.

    Report: I don't think it's a bug, but when the brakes are applied in front, it's only visible from the light on the asphalt, and when you drive close, it's almost invisible.

    Applicable Settings: Single player driver swap to AI
    Report: When doing single player endurance racing with other AI, stopping for a schedule pitstop to change tires, fuel and swap to the AI driver, the stop gets done with tires being changed but the tire wear display does not replenish on the out lap, forcing the AI to pit again for tires with the tire display being refreshed.
    Steps to reproduce: Drive a car that would normally be selected for driver swaps in single player, wearing out tires to show in the tire HUD, request a pitstop to swap driver with set strategy to change tires. AI will leave pits and tire HUD will still have the tire wear and if bad enough force the AI to pit again to renew tires.
