    Report: When choosing skin #12 the "Scuderia Milano" windscreen banner have unmirrored text on both sides.

    Edit: same with #25 "Corsevera" banner too so may be car-wide issue.

    Report: When a car pit and entered the pit box the standings updated them in first place no matter where they were in the field.
    The included video clip shows driver "Nikita" in first when he is in the pit, and when he pulls out of the pit box it corrects his position. Short afterwards driver "Dan Dedering" pits and when he stops in the box it registers him as first.

    Both these issues might have to do with the helmet reflections, atleast to a degree.
    The aliasing in cockpits seems to be invoked by edge reflections and the cars where it is most prominent seem to have it due to the way light comes in the cockpit (the back window in the Viper seems to be detrimental in this case). If the reflections of the helmet are not in order, it would seem to me that the potential for these issues increases greatly.

    I noticed a bit of shimmering aliasing in the dash and on the edge of the bonnet of the Aston Martin DBR9 and this happens also with SSAA and SMAA so I got curious, I then noticed that the bonnet reflections moved while turning the head when the car was at a standstill. If I do that in an open cockpit car at night it turns out a lot of the reflections on the visible bodywork come from the helmet. If it's the same in VR it would explain the latter issue.

    The TAA is a great improvement for me btw! Though I am here posting about bugs I am very thankful for the implementation.

    Applicable Settings: Use LOD fades set to "No" (not sure if this is related).
    Report: Flickering shadows in replays with a triple monitor setup.
    Steps to reproduce: Test drive any car, and when using Instant Replay you will see this flickering shadows, specially in what is rendered in side monitors.

    Applicable Settings: Stability Control Assist “ON”
    Report:
    At the main screen I select only Stability Control on, TC off and ABS off (see Image 1). When the race starts, it defaults to TC Low, ABS Low (see Image 2).

    It happens with all cars - currently using FGen2. I’m basically wanting to have only Stability Control On and both TC and ABS assists off.
    Steps to reproduce: Set stability control assist to “on” on main screen and both TC and ABS to off. Start a race or test drive any car (any mode except time trial).

    Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Report: In VR unfortunaly horizontal mirrors settings are bugged in all the cars. Only vertical settings are applied.
    Steps to reproduce: Start any session (Time trial, Race, MP, etc) in VR and try to adjust horizontal settings.

    I also have this issue. For me, FPS starts at a stable 144, to match my monitor and anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes into the race the FPS dives into the 60's and progressively gets worse from there. I have no issues with thermals on my hardware. Only troubleshooting I have tried has been switching between the different sampling modes (TAA, MSAA, etc.) and that doesn't seem to affect it at all. Problem at first only happened when I had to restart a race, but over the weekend, it was happening no matter the situation. The Photo Mode Drone fix mentioned does work for me but it's only a temporary workaround as the problem comes back some time later. Makes it really difficult to run longer races.

    Aside from the weird camera mirroring reflections (which, at least, the white and red Viper liveries do not suffer from?!), AMS2 (2).jpg I've noticed that the cars MAK mentions in post #6631 have a fully opaque visor strip. The cars which suffer from this issue have a seemingly translucent visor strip but if look into the sun through it, it might as well be fully transparant. Making the visor strips opaque or only the upper part of the visor strip (which is not easily visible when driving) might mitigate the issue quite a bit.

    Seeing such artifacts can also persist to a degree with the SSAA and SMAA options, it seems to me like it's a hard one to solve in the engine. Also, in motion (if you glance side to side from within the cockpit) the issue disappears with TAA and persists with MSAA so it's doing it's job in the temporal aspect I guess.

    Graphics settings do not prompt you to restart game after changing vehicle reflection level even though this needs to be done before changes take place.

    Further to this, I had visible vehicles set to 20, changed this to off and shadows have returned back to normal, not sure if related or just coincidence?

    I think it's related (I've reported this a while ago) also seems to be VRAM related. It happens more often if I play at a higher resolution (thus using more VRAM)

    Edit: I also just noticed Tha contact shadows are constantly missing underneath most of the cars during replays specifically at Spa Francorchamp.

    Report:The GTR class is too fast in simulated qualifying.
    I did a multiclass race with 15 min qualifying. 3 minutes before the end I was out of fuel so i skipped to the end. Before skipping the classes were sorted as one would expect: LMP1 faster than GT1 faster than GTR faster than GT2. But after skipping the last 3 minutes, suddenly nearly all the GTR cars were in front of GT1 and only slightly behind the LMP1 class.
    After a few laps the whole GT1 field managed to overtake the GTR cars but it was still strange.

    I can confirm that since I don't limit the number of visible cars anymore I never got the missing-shadow-bug again! :eek: And I didn't even notice!

    Report: Using the Slick Primary on Road America in the F-USA 2023 seems to cause the force feedback to freak out on my G29 and violently rumble on default FFB settings (Switched to default+ to see if it would fix it and it was even worse). It was bad enough I had to pull over and return to pits, hits when you pass 4th gear. Can anyone else confirm?

    Slick Option is smooth as butter on the FFB in comparison.

    Update: Can't seem to recreate this issue again today.

    Report: "Add Ghost" does NOT work; only the "BEST IN SESSION" responds to a click - all the other option just ignore the click.
    Steps to reproduce: Try to "Add Ghost" using the "VEHICLE RECORD"!

    Car Used: Maserati MC12 GT1 / Dallara SP1 (I think all cars are affected)

    Report: After a big damage, if you go to Instant Replay you will see that some lights on the car don't work. Also, sometimes damage is kept on replays like it was there before the actual accident.
