    When time is used as the race criterion, a large-scale retirement of AI cars inevitably occurs on long-distance tracks such as Le Mans and the Nordschleife, possibly due to a miscalculation in fuel estimation. When using laps as the standard, problems still persist. Most of the vehicles crashed and retired from the race, and safety cars were frequently deployed. This might be an issue with the track.

    8th gear cannot be used in default setup due to gearing ratio being incorrect.

    Right mirror horizontal angle does not apply, the position does not change from 0 to 100.

    Default seating position is not centered (and I do not think we can ajdust the lateral position of the seat in-game ?).

    GTE not centered (look at wheel and console position compared to the pitlane message box) :

    Again also here please: post the classes that were in use when the issue occured. Even if it seems like a general thing.

    Report: TAA only works when driving straight ahead. As soon as you turn left or right, it stops working.
    Perhaps the developers intended it this way to prevent streaking, but it would be nice to offer users different modes like TAA low, medium, and high, if that's possible. Also Trees seem to react poorly to TAA compared to MSAA.

    Report: AI Mistakes not working ?
    Steps to reproduce: Start a Single Race against AI with any car, on any track, set AI Mistakes to 5X and see that they will never make a single AI incident, or if they will it seems like it behaves like setting it to 1x regardless of what number you set.

    My races lasted 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours respectively, with a large number of vehicles retiring from the competition. I turned off random mechanical failures, but the situation did not change. It seems they struggle to handle endurance races longer than 2 hours.

    Report: The left yellow shift light remains constantly lit regardless of RPM, and the red light never illuminates.

    OK i found the Problem. I normaly play on a Triple Screen 55" TV Setup locked to 60Hz/FPS...when i run the Sim on a Single Screen, even when i set it to 50Hz but double the Frames to 100FPS it looks OK...
    So i guess this TAA is somehow made with High FPS in mind maybe to not have a lot of Ghosting or something like that?!?...
    Because i have other Games where i use TAA and they dont look Pixelated at all at 60Hz/FPS when i turn the Camera.
    Like i say its strange, when i drive a straight Line with 60FPS its also OK...but when i turn the wheel everything looks like there NO TAA at all...
    Maybe the Dev Team can refine it a bit more, i know it was just released...
    If nobody care, it´s still the best sim currently available for me.

    Applicable Settings: FCY on - happens with it off too, but on the problem is magnified
    Report: AIs have trouble phasing into the pitlane and often will miss it and run out of fuel
    Steps to reproduce: At x2 fuel rate, but I've seen it at x1 too. The AI will start running out of fuel and retiring as soon as the pit stop phases start

    This a long standing issue that other people have noticed based on this reddit post.

    It started I think like 2 years ago after an update and it's not been addressed yet. Honestly I think to me it's the last thing that needs to be sorted for the single player experience to be flawless. It appears that the in-pit phasing stage for the AIs (where the AI can go through each other and the player as they prepare to go onto pit road) isn't working as intended at the 2 LeMans variants - I've never seen it happen at other tracks. If FCYs are turned on it will make the problem worse. They'll miss the pit entry, be forced to go around once more, then run out of fuel.

    Report: When pitting for new tyres brake temps drop to ambient air temperature. Easily reproduced, just pit for fresh tyres in any car, on any track, in any game mode, with brakes temps significantly above ambient. An old bug from PC2, and fixed. I know this because I reported the bug in the SMS forum back in the day, and it was fixed in the following patch. Sadly not in AMS2. Reported many times, never fixed, yet arguably fixable, and a significant physics flaw.

    Please do a steam file verification under Automobilista 2 properties in steam library to make sure it's not any corrupted file.

    Report: Cars are much more durable in crashes than other cars.
    Steps to reproduce: One way to see this is to smack into a wall at about 60 mph. With other vehicles on max damage, you would typically lose a wheel and become immobile or at least majorly handicapped. These RX vehicles though take minimal damage.

    Hi everyone, the Formula Trainer is a vehicle I enjoy racing with, not only in AMS2 but also in other simulators.

    Often, when I was behind a vehicle, I noticed something odd about the suspension animation. This week I've been playing in VR and was able to focus on the suspension, for example, when it goes over a curb, and I realized that the animation is completely broken. You can see the wheel moving up and down, but the axles remain stationary, so it seems like there's play between the wheel and the axles, and this is completely incorrect, is not the normal behaviour.

    The truth is, it detracts a lot from the realism of the animation. I'm wondering if any of you have noticed this or if Reiza is aware of it.

    I thought I had recorded a clip of the issue, but I don't find it right know. I will record the issue again and I will edit the post.

    Report: I often use the roof camera.I think that it is incorrectly positioned in these cars. Maybe it should be moved closer to the windshield.

    Applicable Settings: Multiplayer, in practice and qualifying sessions.
    Report: Cars disappearing in multiplayer. I can’t see any players who joined the lobby after me — this happens during both practice and qualifying sessions.
    The only way to make the other cars visible again is to go back to the pit box, switch to Monitor View, then exit it — after that, the missing cars reappear on track. I tried reinstalling the game but it didn't help.

    Report: When an AI car makes contact with with the side of the player's car, the AI driver turns into the player often reaching full lock. No attempt is made to steer away from the player's car even when there is viable track space available. If this behaviour was reversed (should viable track space be available) many of the spins and incidents caused by contact between the AI and player wouldn't happen, or at least have less serious consequences.

    I'm optimistically posting this as a bug because, having been highlighted by many (including myself recently and others historically) on the forum, it has not been fixed. Hopefully this issue will get more visibility and be addressed if here.

    And you try to countersteer against the effect of the AI's pressure on your car which cancels it out so you just go in a straight line off the circuit while the AI continues on
