    Report: Rain does not make the track wet ! Or the text on screen might say it is wet, but i tried Silverstone GP (modern layout) with LMP2 and had a race start in the dry, and with a second weather pattern that was just the "Rain" and even if the track looked soaking wet it was only "damp" and i could drive with slick tires no issues, and there was also no spray.

    Report: Only the car shadow rendered in the rear-view mirror for P2 and P3 on the grid for me. My saved replay displays just fine, even when viewed in the cockpit view.
    I have had a similar thing with this car in a separate race (LFM Race), but I will add to this report once I have the video edited and live.

    UPDATE: I have not tested/verified this myself, but I have been told that when this issue happens, it can be rectified by activating the look-back function. If you trigger this, it seems to re-render the cars, then the mirror presents normally afterwards.

    UPDATE2: An LFM race with a similar scenario, the 2nd placed car rendered only the car shadow and this time also the driver torso and head floating in space in my rear-view mirror.

    Report: Left side tires spin the wrong direction of the left wheels themselves. Have quietly observed this bug since ~1.6.7 and earlier. Would upload a video, but the forums don't permit video file types :( Also no, I do not want to link files via YouTube or Google Drive as I need that space for other things beyond ams2

    Report: Main straight inside tire walls can cause your car to get glitched into the inside tire wall and then trapped inside of it. Like before, I would upload a small video, but the forums don't permit video file types :( Also once again no, I do not want to link files via YouTube or Google Drive as I need that space for other things beyond ams2

    Report: Again it was reported earlier, but I can assure again that during championship, incorrect car configurations sometimes are loaded. During such season in WWT Raceway\Gateway oval " USA-Stock Gen3 speedway " was loaded, not " USA-Stock Gen3 Short-Oval "!
    Steps to Reproduce: Not so easy, it may happen, or may not happen.

    Steps to reproduce:
    When custom FFB is selected, TrueForce is disabled with Logitech RS50. I have verified this with Logitech G Pro, where TrueForce remains enabled when custom FFB is selected.

    This is the best example of this bug I've seen - I've been experiencing it for a while now, but this instance might be the most public and glaring out there now.



    The pit stop phases start, and sure enough, a lot of the AIs, like 10 of them, start running out of fuel one after the other, all retiring. In my experience, if FCYs are on (which to me is a must because of how it increases immersion and and dynamism to the race - changing strategies, etc) it can exacerbate the problem even more. On the forums people have guessed that it's due to the AIs missing the pit entry due to other cars being in the way, their ability to go through one another failing in some way. I've not heard any confirmation either way, but I do know this bug was introduced several updates ago, a few years ago now I think. I've seen it as x1, x2, and higher fuel use rates.

    I've not experienced in any other track - save for Daytona Road only at x3 fuel rate - at x2 it's worked flawlessly. I do hope Reiza has eyes on this - to me it's a high prio bug to squash....

    The magnet bug or glue bug or whatever we're referring to it as, is still a thing. Seemingly random, you will have close racing with an AI vehicle(s) and the cars will suddenly behave as though they are magnetized....drawn together....then glued together, and won't let go until you both find a wall or something else to get blown apart.

    This is not new and has been mentioned by others. Some still seem to think it's not a thing and want video. I have been experiencing it once in nearly every AI race that is more than 15 minutes (not sure if race length has anything to do with it though, beyond longer race = more opportunities to present itself). Here is just one of several videos as an example of it happening. And no, it's not something as simple as "coming in hot" and making contact. There is a very noticeable difference.

    Tried racing the 165hp fusca classic but the sound is not right, it sounded electric. Engine noise is also very low. Definitely not the right sound file or conflicting with something,

    I use AMS2 95% as a singleplayer experience but here are some quriks I noticed in a handfull online races on the weekend. No deal breakers but still enough to sour the experience for new players.

    In no particular order:

    - multiple game freezes after refreshing server list, had to kill the game via task manager
    - unable to join lobbys with e.g. 20/26 or 25/32 players saying "lobby full" even after refreshing the server list
    - starting races in bumper camera (had to map a button 'switch camera' to my wheel since I usually only use cockpit cam)
    - foggy mirrors (a known bug but still weird!)
    - me always spinning out in the last lap after a flawless race, obviously a bug :p

    This issue is not related to the shadow quality in graphic settings. To replicate it you can start a VR time trial on Bathurst / Mount Panorama in the Porsche Cup car 4.0. Right at the start you can clearly notice the shadows around the pedals turning on/off when moving the head. It's like the shadow maps are stuck to the headset and quite annoying. Hope this can be fixed!

    Out of 13 cars in the grid 8 retired in a 1 hr race.

    I think this might be because of engine overheating but I'm not sure. Because of the high altitude the car was running pretty hot even on 100 percent radiator opening (oil temp 115, water about 108 max). Maybe the AI setup did not open the radiator enough?

    Time Trial Exploit

    If you drive the GP Track in reverse and start the lap going the wrong way around, then take the "joker lap" to the end of the GP track and turn right onto the Nordschleife it doesn't invalidate your lap and you can set a valid lap whilst completely skipping the GP Track.



    This has been used a lot in time trial and the leaderboard is full of exploited laps already. It would be great if this could be fixed soon before it gets impossible to tell which laps are valid and which aren't.
    Also it would be great if the bugged laps would be removed and the people spending a lot of time to set the quickest legit lap get their rightfully earned place on the leaderboard back.

    Report: During qualifying session of a race weekend several AI were stuck in the rear paddock area trying to drive into closed garage doors (see video).

    Car used: formula ultimate gen 1/2 Susa all gens (most cars if not all)

    Report: when using a thrustmaster wheel the revlights seem to come up very late opposed to the in-game lights
    Steps to reproduce: play ams2 with any of the aforementioned classes using thrustmaster sf1000 wheel and look at the revlights, specifically for the f-hybrid the first couple of green will light up when its time to upshift and the wheel has a whole row of green, red, and blue lights.
    Playing lmu after this i realized that its normal for the lights to light up sequentially over a period of time instead of whats happening in ams2.

    Report: The livery overwrite for the BANNER value does not work. It always displays a black standard McLaren banner in interior view no matter if you refer to a custom one in the overwrite xml.
    Sidenote: the number plate template with the uv map for the plate is missing in the zip, only a random images of the plate is included which does not fit the uv map
