Singer 7463 Confidence is a fully electronic sewing machine. It has a full option of utility, decorative, quilting, heirloom, and stretch stitches. Each stitch is electronically made and optimally set, which means every stitch is done with exact precision. Let’s see its features!

Exclusive Drop and Sew Bobbin System

If you are looking for an easy sewing machine for beginners, the one with exclusive drop and sew bobbin system is exactly what you need. There’s no need to raise the bobbin thread before sewing. Just drop and sew! You will find that sewing is not as tricky as you imagine even when you are just engaged in the sewing world.

    Automatic Needle Threader

After following the threading instructions printed right on the machine, this feature automatically threads the eye of the needle without eye strain or frustration. It will help you to save your time a lot, especially with the colorful clothes which you have to exchange the threads many times.

    2 Staybright LED Lights

Two lamps illuminate your working area for optimal viewing. You can see the small details clearly so that you can make the most excellent designs ever. Also, the long-lasting bulbs up to 100,000 hours stay cool regardless of how long the machine is operated.

    Push-Button Stitch Selection

The illustrating images of the stitches are displayed clearly on the surface of the product. So you can easily pick the right stitch you want. With just a simple push of a button, you have selected the stitch and the optimum setting.

    Heavy Duty Metal Frame

Metal frame is one of the indispensable features from your good sewing machine for beginners for home sewing. The internal skeleton of the sewing machine is made of metal. This rigid support holds all the mechanisms in perfect alignment for perfect, skip-free sewing. Besides, this made the machine long-lasting.

    30 Built-In Stitches

The Singer 7463 provides a large variety of stitches for clothing construction, quilting, heirloom, crafts, home decorating and decorative sewing. You can ultimately choose the stitch which is suited for the different types of fabrics.

    Automatic Tension

The thread tension is automatically set up. This system shall ensure the stablility of stitching quality, whatever type of fabric is being used. However, you are still able to adjust as you need. A reverse button on the front of the machine will keep the device reverse sewing as long as the button is pushed or can be used to tack off the beginning and end of stitches.

    Snap-On Presser Feet

You can easily change presser feet without a screwdriver. It comes with five Snap-On presser feet, including general purpose foot, zipper foot, satin stitch, blind stitch, and buttonhole foot. The presser foot lever has two height settings – down and up. Though, you can manually adjust the lever to up one more level to handle thicker fabrics.

In general, you have to get used to simulators. You will be missing a lot of sensaton in a Sim, and the field of view is narrow. Also, due to Sims not reflecting Reality to 100% there are often quirks, like a unexspected understeer tendency or loss of grip etc.
The type of cars is also important, RWD features other quirks as FWD etc.
