Cheater in Multiplayer

So a blacklist feature exists on the dedicated server manager? Is there a way we could implement this into normal lobbies. Several discord groups I race with like to run open lobbies, but some rammers have forced us to go closed lobby on occasion. It would be nice to let the host temporarily ban a player without the whole lobby voting them out. Kicking doesn't really work because the offending driver just rejoins.
