Duplicate liveries with custom liveries: when will it corrected?

I have a pack with formula ultimate custom liveries, real f1 2021 liveries.
I have selected the option to avoid duplicate liveries but it doesn't function.
There is always a car equal to the player car.
When I don't use custom liveries, the option to avoid duplicate liveries function.

 

Same here, since this last update, duplicate liveries are starting to appear again.

 

I've noticed this too so if you are Ferrari, there will be 3 of them on track including you in championship mode and single race mode....

 

With custom xml files in single race mod with option max liveries enabled the problem is solved.
In championship mode there isn't the option with max liveries
