Olá, estou com um problema de Force Feedback no Automobilista 2 com uma Fanatec ClubSport DD+. O volante é detetado e o eixo da direção funciona corretamente, mas não há qualquer Force Feedback. Já testei PC Mode, Compatibility Mode, FFB ativo na base, Default e Default+ , diferentes valores de gain, Steam Input desativado para o AMS2, perfil novo de controlador, sem outros controladores ligados, renomei a pasta Documents\Automobilista 2 para criar uma configuração limpa, desinstalei e reinstalei completamente, testei previous build e testei a Release Candidate. O problema mantém-se: o Force Feedback está completamente ausente. A calibração no AMS2 deteta corretamente o movimento do eixo. O ponto mais importante: a mesma Fanatec ClubSport DD+ funciona normalmente com Force Feedback noutros simuladores no mesmo PC. A Fanatec Control Panel também deteta a base corretamente. Hardware e software estão atualizados. Versão do AMS2 testada: 1.6.9.95. Podem ajudar-me a perceber o que poderá estar a impedir o AMS2 de enviar Force Feedback para a DD+? Obrigado. I've already tried PC Mode, Compatibility Mode, FFB enabled on the wheelbase, Default and Default+, different gain values, Steam Input disabled for AMS2, a new controller profile, no other controllers connected, I renamed the Documents Automobilista 2 folder to create a clean configuration, completely uninstalled and reinstalled, tested previous build and even the Release Candidate. The issue remains the same: steering works, but force feedback is completely absent. The controller calibration in AMS2 correctly detects the steering axis. The most important point is that the same Fanatec ClubSport DD+ works normally with force feedback in other simulators on the same PC. Fanatec Control Panel also detects the base correctly. Hardware and software are up to date. AMS2 version tested: 1.6 point 9 point 95. Could you help me understand what might be preventing AMS2 from sending force feedback to the DD+? Thank you.
Hello, Thank you very much for the detailed support ticket. It looks like you've tried everything in the book. I would advise reinstalling your Fanatec driver, as well as Fanalab and/or the Fanatec App. Also, back up those folders and start fresh. Additionally, check whether the programs or the driver set the FFB to zero when you boot up Automobilista 2. Can you verify that you've tried the Custom, Generic, or Legacy wheel profiles in AMS2 as well? Please do not hesitate to leave a reply if you need further assistance. Thank you, Marius
Hi Marius, Thank you very much for your help and for taking the time to look into my issue. I'm happy to report that the problem is now resolved and Force Feedback is working again in AMS2!
