Fanatec Shifter SQ v1.5 doesn’t work in sequential mode

I use the shifter as stand alone with the usb dongle, it works in sequential with no issues at all if mapped ingame

 

Hi, I have a Fanatec CSL with LoadCell Break ( - NO SHIFTER, But same issue - ).
I cant configure the steering - I always get the "multiple input detected error". I have tried the "Map Sequential shifter to the shifter paddles" in hope it might do something. But to no effect (well since I dont have the shifter...). Pedals and shifting do work by the way.

I noticed in calibration that the steering always leaves the steering range and steering lock at 0 - its not truley calibrating the wheel for what ever reason. The only other input i can see is the analog Joystick in the ClubSportFormula Device Settings.

Strange is that it used to work but has gone bad some time in the last few month.
Oh and I am playing in VR (Pimax) but its the same issue if i go pure flat.
Are there other solutions to this or things that can be done?
