I have an MSI computer, I have everything MSI turned off. I have checked game integrity, I have installed the version of DirectX that the game provides, I've done basically everything I can think of. My specs are: i5 8600k 8gbs of ram Nvidia GTX 1060 (6gb version) I don't understand how a game can come broken off of 2 fresh installs but that's really stupid.
I am on win 10 and it works since day one, so don't blame the game since you aren't the only one running it on win 10 and with such specs. Check if your antivirus is blocking the AMS.exe, if yes add it to antivirus exceptions, validate files trought steam again and run the game.
