Really well done trailer, really makes you want to jump back into the rig. Can't really say why but this trailer really looks next level, as it was from some big AAA racing game. Amazing conclusion to an epic year for AMS2. Thanks Reiza for what you achieved, AMS2 keeps on delivering

I never was a big fan of DLSS in already good optimized games, even more in VR, with maximized inherent problems like ghosting and blur, but after testing beta DLSS 4.5 in VR with DCS and MSFS2020 with MUCH better image quality, all the hard work of Reiza in TAA, and Madness Engine using foward rendering, now I believe it's the way to go. It's really impressive.

Smeary, blurry, pixelated image will be something i will never praise no matter what DLSS version 5 or 17 or however they will improve it. Optimization and image clarity should always be the main thing, not fake frames and downsampling the image. So many people were looking forward to TAA with VR and i gave it several hours of tests since it was implemented and the result is what i said long before implementation - horrible. On a monitor it maybe works, but not for VR .

Agree with everything, and hate TAA too in VR. But DLSS 4.5 in VR is REALLY impressive in image quality. And even in flat screen.

NVIDIA running low in memory chips maybe is good for optimized software...

There are other very positive reports for DLSS 4.5 (ACR) but, I've yet to try it as the previous driver caused other issues for me, so I rolled back to an older driver version for the stability.

Hello REIZA, I'm venting about the multiplayer. The racing aspect is no longer respected; too many parameters are freely available, making this game feel more like an arcade. The history of cut-off tracks, mandatory damage, and realistic driving with authentic assists absolutely must be disabled. A new rating system needs to be implemented to prevent disruptive lobbies; otherwise, players might abandon the game. AUTOMOBILISTA 2 shouldn't become The Crew or Forza 5.

Can only disagree, people should have the freedom to use whatever settings they want. And nobody from my league is abandoning the game, quite the opposite we are only getting more players with the settings that we use.

The more choices people are given the better the experience for everyone, and if you do not like what settings certain league or server uses, find or make a different one to your liking.

As Tom said: People are free to choose whatever parameters they enjoy and prefer for racing. There’s something for everyone. If you’re looking for a more realistic experience, I’d suggest joining a community that hosts longer, more realistic races, or a league with more realistic settings. In most open lobbies and even in some communities; damage is often turned off because the skill levels in AMS 2 vary widely, and crashes can happen more frequently. This setting helps prevent the race from losing too many participants. The sim is far from becoming a Forza or the Crew.

    Good morning everyone,

I'd also like to say a big thank you – albeit a little late – to REIZA for their hard work and a truly great 2025!
Does anyone know if there are any plans to offer daily or weekly events directly in the game at some point?
Unfortunately, AMS2 is still flying under the radar for many drivers, and I think regular in-game challenges like this could attract a lot of new players and further increase activity.

    Good morning!

This is a question that comes up often. While the game itself doesn’t show this directly, there is a website that does exactly what you’re looking for: Automobilista 2 Online Racing | AMS2 Leagues & Race Events Take a few minutes to explore it; you’ll find plenty of fun races, communities, and content to enjoy!
