There are currently no DLC kart tracks, so your assumption is false. Instead, there was something else that was filtering out those kart tracks. Most likely in my opinion is that you had set the lobby size to be higher than the starting grid size of certain tracks, and those tracks with too few grid places were therefore unavailable to you. When you exited that lobby, you were no longer forcing that starting grid size, and those tracks became available again.

Ah thanks!
So I'll pay attention to the grid slots.

Still the game variables were funny _The Floor Is Lava_ for weather track temps. I have no clue whats going on, should I reinstall the game? I got some league race tonight.

If I copy paste my AMS2 documents folder, will all my settings and setups everything be saved or I need something else?

In multiplayer, I created or inherited a room, I think in both cases, as long as I didn't have Practice or Qually, when everyone "joined" the local session I created, we didn't have any menu, instead we're forced into the countdown for a Race Start!!! Even with setup open, we couldn't touch setup, or even any settings for that matter!
The screeshot shows game variable names (__currentcarSetupName__) (setupname) which is a really odd sight, looks to me like something in the code is broken.

Even the weather settings are totally broken (_floorislava_)

What If some DLCs don't show up all the time?

I've literally spent more than 200€ in this game over the years, with the intention of owning everything, even the things I don't race or rarely race just to mess around.

- #3 Huge performance Dips!
At first I thought it was because the game was on the wrong hard drive, so I used the steam "move directory" feature to move AMS2 to my fastest drive.
Still, over the course of a section my FPS start to go down, my game eventually starts to heavily stutter. This time it happened just on a training session. I did a few changes on the setup but it looks like after the 10th time returning to pits the game was totally broken and I was playing at 60fps which is totally unaceptable and like 25% of the ideal framerate for sim racing.

Hi,

1# Seems that you are running mods that conflict with your menu. I have never seen there ''Tornado'', ''Floor is lava' etc. Please remove all your mods, do a verify cache and a clean AMS2 folder in my documents.

2# Answered above

3# Your dips may come from a select view variables, like; corrupted drivers. a controller with vibration, malware, or anything else. Possible solutions are: Disconnect your controller or turn off vibration. Also set Pitstop Crew to Player only seems to help. Etc.

Thanks! While I've followed a few advices from you guys here there was also someone else saying a few extra things so I'm going to leave them here: (the VR topic3 is unrelated but could help if anyone running in VR suffers from any similar issue)

when you click "Create server", click "host settings" and then you have to enable "Wait for race ready input". You most likely just have it disabled and that is why after Prac/Quali it goes straight to race instead of having a 2 minute countdown.

you made the server with a higher player limit than what some tracks allow. Rule of thumb, go into offline, track selection, check how many players each track allows. If there is any that has max 26 for example, and you create a server for 30, then any track that allows 29 or less will not be selectable anymore.

are you in VR ? Meta released a broken update some weeks back and the performance dips after half an hour or longer until you restart SteamVR. My temporary fix is when there is a pause between sessions or in the pits, press left controller menu button twice, wait a few seconds, then twice again to go back into the game. Framerate fixes itself again. Hopefully Meta releases an update for this soon.

So with performance issues, do you have "LOD fades" enabled in graphics settings ? If yes, disable it. Do you have V-sync enabled ? If not, turn it on. Do you have grass enabled ? Turn off completely. Try to set max rendered cars to 30. Do tell if it helped changing these at all.

The LOD fades off did help me performance wise, etc

Right now it's much better and I haven't yet seen the funny variables from the screenshot.
