Ghost Time and Record not showing

Can someone help me with this issue?

I can no longer see my record times in Time Trials (or Friends and World Records).

I have re-installed the software and verified all the files.

I have deleted the folder in My Documents and re-set everything up.

I can see my times in the ghosts and record folders but they are not showing in Time Trials.

Is something interfering with this? I run Moza, Fanatec and Discord (as I am sure most others do).

Do you have WiFi on?

 

Connected to internet via LAN cable, Steam and Discord wouldn't start without the internet

So what now? Do I clear these log files?
Any more ideas?
I can do multi player on-line races against my friends without any issues.
I can see my times stored in the Documents folder. But they wont display in the game nor can I set new records on-line or see others world records !!!!?????

Yes. Files are fine. I have reloaded twice now from scratch

What do you mean with that? Are you able to see your ghost and times in the TT LBs?

 

Yes, I have seen Times in the Time Trials before. But not now.
The files in the folder under "My Documents" shows files recorded why I do laps

 

I guess you are talking of all the *.ghostsave files in the savegame folder.
Honestly I dont know if these .ghostsave files is actually used to display your records on the LBs.
But maybe.
But anyway. Are you unable to see a LB display as this or is it only your own LB times that isnt recorded and displayed?

I can"t be the only one to have this issue.
Times recorded in records must be the ones to be shown, where else would the software be looking ...

 

Which car and track combos have you tested?

 

It is not any specific car or track. For exampe though, I know there are WR times for the Mini at Brands Hatch because my friends have set times on these.

 

Do the developers read this forum?
Surely they would know what is going on... They would know where times are stored and what order things happen on Time Trials. It can't be internet connection as I race online all the time. All my times are saved in the My Docs folder as expected (records and ghosts). I have seen these displayed once or twice when I have re-installed but once I exit and restart they all disappear again

 

Well.... One of them usually reads the forum, but sometimes maybe they don't so I take a chance and hope pinging @CrimsonEminence helps and doesn't make him irritated that I pinged him

 

I don't think a developer would be irritated to get feedback on a possible issue that could be resolved. It would only made to software even better. As much as it is frustrating for me that I am having this issue it diesn't stop me loving this game, I get a great deal of enjoyment out of being able to easily link up and race with my friends online

 

It looks like you are the only one. Yeah irritating.
Conserning the ghostfiles saved then i think i have seen someone say that they are only used temporary when you set the record which then become uploaded. I could be wrong but if Im right then they could safely be deleted. But I dare not test it
It probably doesnt help you but try report it as a BUG.

 

Where and how can I report this?

I have tried messaging on messenger and got no reply
