I'd say, If you want more oversteer on corner exit just increase preload without touching the number of clutches. If that's not enough try increasing rear springs on top of that. Only make one change at a time so you know what effect each step has.

 

But TC is not allowed online. You must have all assistances OFF or you will be kicked off from the server, right?
