Just got AMS2 running with DLSS5 and it's quite insane what it does. It does run into some artifacts so I maybe wouldn't want to race full length races with it, but a bit of eyecandy, videos and screenshots it definitely does it's thing great.

    Requirements:
You need an Nvidia 5XXX or 4XXX cards. Some people might get it running on 3XXX too, so it's maybe worth the try

Video (Reupload with hopefully less compression)

    Downloads:
    1. Download Reshade with Full Addon Support from ReShade Home
    2. Download renodx-dlss5-v2.5.addon64 & streamline.zip from https://github.com/yumlevi/renodx-dlss-installer/releases/tag/latest
    3. Download DLSS5_Feed.fx & dlss5-feed.addon64 from https://github.com/jlrouzies-fr/DLSS5-Feeder/releases
    4. Download dlss5-dx11-bridge.addon64 from https://github.com/NIGos/dlss5-bridge/releases

    How to get it running:
    1. Install the ReShade_Setup_6.8.0_Addon.exe to your AMS2AVX.exe (it should find it automatically), select DX10-12 version and add the "iMMERSE by Marty McFly" - Launchpad Effect to install.
    2. Put the renodx-dlss5-v2.5.addon64, nvngx_dlssnr.dll (from the streamline.zip), dlss5-feed.addon64 & dlss5-dx11-bridge.addon64 into your main AMS2 Folder where the .exe is
    3. Put DLSS5_Feed.fx into the \reshade-shaders\Shaders folders in your AMS2 installation.
    4. Start AMS2, on the top a ReShade tutorial will show up. Load something up where you can see the 3d View (like the garage or a track)
    5. Press Pos1/Home to open the Reshade Options
    6. Go to the Addons Tabs on top and deactivate "Enable DLSS5 Neural Rendering". Go back to the Start tab and deactivate "DLSS 5 Feed"
    7. Go back to the Start Tab, move "iMMERSE: Launchpad" to the very top. It should be on and at the start of the list.
    8. Move "DLSS 5 Feed" directly below it in 2nd place. Activate it now.
    9. Go back to the Addons tab and Activate "Enable DLSS5 Neural Rendering"
    10. That's it, if everything was set up correctly on the bottom of the Addon DLSS5 section you should see a DLSSNR ACTIVE message. if you want to enable and deactivate DLSS5 just click the Enable Checkbox. You got a few options to play around with, I personally find NR Intensity all the way up is totally fine, but color strength has to be toned down a bit to not have that cinematic brown filter on it.

wow, very nice, thanks a lot for the guide!

could you please upload a video too so we can see how it is in motion?

Yes I will record some clips this evening, it really shines in motion while it's not as easy to pick in screenshots alone

I haven't been able to make it work. Could you upload a video and share it here in this thread, please? Thank you very much."

Is it possible to use DLSS without DLSS 5? I’m curious to know if I can use DLAA and if it’s better than Supersampling and TAA combo

I bet I'm not the only one eagerly waiting to see its potential in AMS2.

    Thanks! o_O

    https://github.com/jlrouzies-fr/DLSS5-Feeder

    DLSS5-Feeder

DLSS 5 neural rendering in games that ship without any DLSS — D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan, OpenGL, 32-bit, even DirectX 9.

DLSS 5's neural-rendering add-on only works by hooking a game's own DLSS calls. A game that has no DLSS never makes those calls, so the add-on sits idle. DLSS5-Feeder makes the calls itself. It builds a complete DLSS DLAA "contract" out of what ReShade already has — the frame being processed, the depth buffer, and estimated optical-flow motion vectors — runs a genuine DLSS evaluate, lets the DLSS 5 neural-rendering add-on hook into that evaluate, and copies the neural result back into the frame. All inside ReShade's effect chain.

Man its worth it for grounding shadows alone. Looks super cool.
I hope Reiza think its a good improvement and look to add in to base game.
    How was performance?

Here's the promised video. It compares actual gameplay, you can easily see how the fps goes down when DLSS5 is on and in the end there's a short tutorial how to get it running.

It's subtle and certainly not worth the hit but if performance wasn't so heavy it could be a good option to improve grounding of the cars. Maybe future versions will be better optimised.
