Hype for weekly update?!

Where Monza? Pls, Gib Monza pls.
It's bought and paid for, Steam says the DLC is installed in my Library, but there's no sign of Monza in-game.

 

The problem is, that the weekend in south america ends later than the weekend in Europe or parts of the world more in the east.
Here in Europe the sun already went down and the kids are going to bed, but still no Monza.

Usually when these start to drop on YouTube, it means the update is imminent and embargoes are seemingly lifted. Was expecting to wake up this morning and see update.

I don't know about you but Monza is still not available to me, it's as I feared, same problem and have posted in the help and support forum about it, hopefully it'll get sorted.

 

Monza in track list. Predictably we need to wait a bit longer for new cars but I'm not complaining

 

Just tried the full Monza oval with some Retro's and Vintages and the track is superb and Reiza have done a great job of bringing it to life in AMS2.

I noticed this immediately also, I hope they will add it in soon! Looks strange without it. Pretty much perfect other than that.

 

I’m loving some of the fake sponsors, like Campini(Campari) and Konigsburg(Kronenbourg) haha!

My favourite time of the month! I think we are getting the Racing USA part 2 aren't we? Thought there was meant to be significant AI updates too.

 

From the September development update (posted Sep 4): "the Racin´ USA Pt2 DLC is currently in the works and expected for a late November release"

Based on other Steam announcements, some of the AI updates mentioned in the development post have happened (improved blue flag behaviour in the Monza update for example), but I think the driver personalities are still unreleased?

To quote the dev post again: "On the AI front, the extended developments to AI personalities hinted at in the last dev update haven´t quite made it in time for our latest release but it should hopefully make it in time for the September update;"

So I'd say no R'USA Pt2 but maybe a yes for the AI, unless you know more than I do. Speculation of course, but we'll see soon enough.

 

The June dev update sounds like the personalities might be trickled in and might not necessarily get a specific announcement though.
"Within the next couple of months we´ll reduce the presence of generic drivers, with most series getting drivers (real or fictional) assigned to each car; "

 

Do we know which tracks we will get in this DLC series? I hope for Circuit of the Americas in Austin. The last F1 race there was a blast IMHO…

 

Sorry, I don't hope so.
This track is terrible. There are many others which are really great, like WatkinsGlen, ElkhartLake, Mid Ohio, Portland, Sonoma, Road Atlanta, Detroit,..... One modern track, although it is from H. Tilke, which I want to drive anytime is the Atlanta Motorsports Park.

 

And yes, I don't think that we get US p2, too, but maybe some other fine tuning.
I hate the last week of month, I always get sleep disturbances....
