The June dev update sounds like the personalities might be trickled in and might not necessarily get a specific announcement though.
"Within the next couple of months we´ll reduce the presence of generic drivers, with most series getting drivers (real or fictional) assigned to each car; "

Do we know which tracks we will get in this DLC series? I hope for Circuit of the Americas in Austin. The last F1 race there was a blast IMHO…

    Sorry, I don't hope so:eek:.
This track is terrible. There are many others which are really great, like WatkinsGlen, ElkhartLake, Mid Ohio, Portland, Sonoma, Road Atlanta, Detroit,..... One modern track, although it is from H. Tilke, which I want to drive anytime is the Atlanta Motorsports Park.

And yes, I don't think that we get US p2, too, but maybe some other fine tuning.
I hate the last week of month, I always get sleep disturbances....

Why do you find it terrible? I like it because of the elevation changes and the very fast Esses downhill. Thrilling section like in Suzuka or Silverstone…

Too much paved runoffs, no challenge (like Silverstone, Suzuka) ;)
And it is just a rebuild of that tracks, like the Motodrom section in Hockenheim, too (T13-T15 at COT)

Agreed it’s copied but it’s downhill which makes it unique and gives me this rollercoaster feeling whereas Silverstone is flat like an ironing board…

I guess most expect an Indycar(s) in the Racing USA Part 2 DLC. Which would be very cool. I’m not into oval racing but it would be a nice change to have such a track too. Remind me of the old Indycar Racing days.

We got some GTLM cars last time around. Maybe they’ll finally release the Jaguar XJR-9/12 in Group C/IMSA GTP spec. A Castrol Jag would fit in with the theme of the pack.

Oh, and while there’s nothing to suggest it’s coming soon. Would be so great to get the Group A Ford Sierra RS500. So many cool liveries and great for online racing. Either in full 550bhp Group A spec - or the 350bhp DTM version.

I kinda like COTA, though I thoroughly admit it has all of the pitfalls of a cookie-cutter Tilke-drome. I see Watkins and some form of the Indy Road Layout being all but confirmed, but I'm curious to see what else makes the cut. If Sonoma is a possibility, I see it waiting until the stock car content, given it's known more for NASCAR than IndyCar/CART.

Also, why don't we have Daytona and Monza ovals yet? Is this a licensing issue, or are they waiting to release them later?

Ovals need a different AI logic and the game needs Full Course Yellows, especially on US ovals.

I am actually more interested in the dev update than the software update this month.

Looking a little further ahead to the December dev update. Do you think Reiza will lay out their plans for ‘22? Maybe not specifics, but broad plans for cars, tracks etc.?

As I understand it they’ve fulfilled their commitments for the existing season pass (maybe wrong!). So if they have DLC plans for ‘22 and beyond. Would make sense to offer another season pass.

Season Pass also covers 2022 content, so more things to come :)
EDIT: Ah of course, if you interpret it for 01/01/2022 then it definetly would be strange indeed. Can't imagine that.

Two thirds of the racing USA pack are still not released. 9 Tracks and 4 cars would be very meager for a season pass that cost 89€.

I can recommend the shop description of the season pass.

And it's definetly also covering 2022. Of course it's not finished yet! :)

Come on, Reiza ... I need a dev update ASAP, because I can't really focus on my studies knowing that it could drop anytime ... so please stop slowing down my intellectual progress and just make the dev update public?
