HyperX headsets - Cloud 2 sounded brilliant; Cloud 3 is awful...

    I've been using a Cloud 2 headset ever since I started in AMS2 and it has always sounded great. Unfortunately my Cloud2 stopped working so I just "upgraded" to a Cloud 3.

    I've found that the Cloud 3 is quite tinny and nothing like the full-throated sound of the Cloud 2.

    Has anyone had this experience or know how to improve it?
