    I currently do not have access to the Stock USA DLC. I own the 2020–2022 Season Pass as well as Racin’ USA Part 3. Could you please look into this for me?

    I was in the same situation as you. I own the season pass 2020-22 but had no new stock car dlc. You will have to request a key and redeem it in Steam, worked for me.
