Updated AMS2 DLC Structure Now Up

I don't know if it's been addressed in this thread, but the DLC structure doesn't seem to deduct the old Nurburgring, Monza, Spa, and Silverstone packs from the Premium track pack. I don't mind the new pack structure, I just don't want to accidentally purchase content I already have.

 

That's a question I wanted to ask as well.
I bought the game last june with Spa and Le Mans. Then a month after, I bought Monza and Catalunya. And two months ago, I bought Hockenheim.

Yesterday, I was looking to buy Nurburgring and noticed the Premium tracks pack and realized that I could have bought them all that way

Not that I can't buy it now, but I feel some type of way of rebuying all 5 tracks just to add Nurburgring.

I believe Steam bundles behave differently from packs so maybe having those rather than packs would help ?

I really tried to understand this... I know I own one or two USA packs, maybe even all of them, because I have the ovals in the game... now they're no longer marked as purchased on Steam... and that's the end of the story...

...oh look... I don't even own AC Rally yet, so I'm certainly not buying a duplicate Christmas present.

Sorry, but you guys can do better than that.

Our Steam folders sometimes contain 100 games, and if just 10% of developers retroactively change their DLC, we have to play Sherlock Holmes.... .. . .

 

Hello everyone! These latest updates have been sensational! I believe we've reached a pretty high level of American stock cars with these three generations. I have a question about the DLCs where the American stock cars are located. I bought the Racing USA DLCs parts one, two, and three in 2022 or 2023. Now, I see that Racing USA has a bonus pack that includes:
TRACK
Pocono Raceway

VEHICLES
Stock USA Gen1
Stock USA Gen2
Stock USA Gen3
Stock USA Gen3 LM

I would like to know if I, who own parts 1, 2, and 3, will have access to the content normally, or if I will have to pay for the entire DLC again to access the American stock cars because I decided to buy them before this complete pack existed. Or if there is another way to obtain them, if it's not possible just by owning parts 1, 2, and 3.

Gostaria de saber se eu que possuo as partes 1 2 e 3 terei acesso ao conteúdo de forma normal, ou se terei de pagar pela DLC inteira novamente para acessar os stock cars americanos porque decidi comprar antes de existir esse pack completo. Ou ainda se há outra forma de obtê-los, caso não seja possível apenas possuindo as partes 1 2 e 3.

 

As I understand it from the OP on the 1.6.9 release and in other various threads it’s as follows:
If you originally purchased the Racing USA Expansion pack (originally 4 parts) it’s a “free” bonus. You noted you did not and chose to buy 3 individual parts which is fine, your choice and it would not be free.

You did not need to buy the expansion pack now (although it’s 50% off $9.99), causing you to “re-buy” stuff you already own. And Rieza has been clear that’s not what they want.

You simply needed to wait for the bonus Racing USA DLC to become available and use it free until then without missing out.

They’ve said it will release after the free trial period around first week of Jan. From memory I believe it’s $7.99 US so translate to your local currency.

By acting early you spent a couple dollars more is all. I’m not an expert and I may be corrected. Just trying to help.

 

Yea I think Renato mentioned that they might give a Steam code for those that purchased Racin' USA pack 1, 2 and 3, so they could get the entire Racin' USA Expansion pack and the added content for free.

I'm hoping Renato decides to do that same thing (steam code) for those that purchased all the individual tracks that are part of the Premium Track Pack. :fingers crossed:

Any advice?

 

When I click on request key, I get error screen saying I have no permission.

Nevermind, tried it again and it worked.
