Imperio Endurance Brasil 2020

Due to lesser restrictions, the GT3 cars have more power and are almost as fast as the P1 cars. You can see in the videos how the P1 one cars are often struggle to pass a GT3 car, unlike in GT racing where you see LMP1 and LMP2 cars just flying by the GT3 cars.
I'm curious of the GT3 Light and GT4 Light cars.

 

Yeah, seems odd that a Ferrari 458 would be categorised alongside an Audi RS3 TCR, especially with over 10 seconds between them. Having said that, it is endurance so I guess there are many other factors at play to balance the two cars.

 

It all looks wonderfully bonkers. A less regimented endurance series should allow for innovative strategies and exciting on-track battles. It's about time the GT3s made the prototypes earn their overtakes.

 

Well, the Mazda 787B wasn't suppose to win LeMans either in 1991. But they did.....

Things I found surprising:
The huge time difference between P1 and P2 class (8 sec/lap)
GT3 is faster than P2
AJR power

 

Surprising, isn't it! I enjoyed this race. Crazy how the lack of BOP keeps the overall win possible for various category of car.
