The list of track names is updated in the OP now.

The list of vehicle classes doesnt need to be updated with the new variants, because they dont require a extra xml anymore as of the patch v1.4.1.3 that came out friday.

Does changing AI names or values have any effect when using AI when hosting a private server? Do they carry over to the other player on the server so they also see those names and face those drivers values

Can we have an option to allow this AI customisation to be used in private lobbies? How about a notification to the joining player that custom AI is in use on the private lobby

In my opinion, and I would like to hear others opinion as well, avoidance of mistakes/forced mistakes should be completely independant of the other values.

The way it is right now, I can't have a driver that is fast on one weekend and not so fast on another without also adding him making mistakes during the sessions. That is what avoidance of mistakes/forced mistakes should be for, not other values like consistency, qualifying skill or defending.

It fits for stamina and maybe start reactions I guess, but it shouldn't just be added to consistency as it actually limits the possibilites rather than expanding them.

It's says slightly, so the consistency value doesn't affect the mistakes value that much. Also drivers make mistakes on their qualy runs all the time, and the less consistent the drivers are the more error prone they tend to be in real life as well, so I agree with how it works right now.

I have tinkered with NaMeS and different skins packs and AI files for days until figuring out this doesn't work in multiplayer and I have to say this sucks and I hope it will be changed in the future. Tbh, I open lobbies for me and 2-3 friends and we are racing against AI but we should at least be able to edit the AI drivers names.

Now that Reiza has standardized the core physics in V1.4, they can turn their attention to multiplayer and other areas that require further development. Hopefully, that will include a more customizable multiplayer experience.

I really don't understand what happen after each update... no way to work my custom grid that worked nice previously. I tried setting or not no. of liveries per class, but always cars are randomize. Eg. I just want a 6-cars grid with GT3 (file attached), hope someone can help me in understanding what going wrong. Thanks

The recent 1.4 update has reduced the GT3 field size.

The file you've uploaded includes "Mercedes-AMG GT3 #19" and "McLaren 720S GT3 #38", both of which are among the vehicles culled.

Does anyone have a working custom AI file for chrisi274's Group A cars?
His liveries' .xml file doesn't match up with the group A.xml file.
Mr Ellis' file doesn't work either....

The AI file provided by, ahem, Mr. Ellis's NAMeS project was designed to work with default Reiza skins. FWIW, I just redownloaded chrisi274's current version of his excellent Group A mod from RD and everything works fine on my system.

Thank you for your reply John...I did not mean to disrespect your AI files as your work is exceptional.
Obviously I am doing something wrong on my end. Cheers!

Gosh, absolutely no offense taken; I was simply having a jape at my own expense. Mr. Ellis is definitely a bit of a geezer.

    You're a good man John!
I have found that if I put the Group A skins and AI file in the game it works when I go in the game the first time. When I re-enter the game the skins and the AI file revert back to the originals.
    Alas....
    btw...I'm a 66 yo geezer!....

Hi, what about stock vehicle_reliability for classes not reported in the first post?

Has anyone updated the CustomAI (with these liveries) to better represent the Supercars AI race speeds recently?
I'm finding the default spread of the cars is far too much, the front runners are on pace at Bathurst but the rear of the field are 5-6 seconds a lap slower . Figured the only way is editing them but unfortunately I don't have the time, thanks.
