    your Logic is sound
After sleeping on it yes that's what i think too

Hard coded Value is (1.00) Maximum deviation is 0.10 +/- of (1.00) So if you wad a 100 bhp car added 0.10 to it its new BHP is 110bhp (10%) 1.02 = 102 so only a 2% gain

I believe that you are attempting to make a grid which by drivers skills it will represent the 5 drivers tiers. ( PRO, GOLD , SILVER , BRONZE , AM PRO) if this was you planning is a good idea to create a grid big enough with a mix of this tiers . But on leader board even on a simhub board how those tiers can be represented on board . How you will understand if a driver of bronze tier is front of a silver or even first of his category. If you are not planning this type of grid then forgive my annoying questions and apologize deeply.

oh gotcha that's an internal check point for my own sanity... it wont flow into game or sim hub etc. just gives an easy spot check
no need to apologise my friend. question breed inspiration

Is this something we can do per track? Or even see in the UI. like i'm trying to track the HP in the SC63 and i cannot see a change in the HP when tracking the telemetry?

I've seen it work on AI, but not on me yet. maybe i'm missing something.

Does it only work in race, or private testing too?

May I ask the maximum amount of drivers at gt3 grid?
And when we say 20 grid we mean 19 opponents plus one me ?
I should drive a car with livery included on custom grid ?

it works anywhere, and you can easily see it in the telemetry screen, you'll see the HP the car is making.
AFAIK The hypercars are a bit weird with the way they deliver power, with the battery and the 670hp bop, but in any other car it should be easy to configure
