Menu Screen can't navigate. Like it needs calibration with my pointer

    Weird one. When I log on to game as soon as the menu screen comes on I can't navigate around the screen and select options with my mouse and pointer. Some options I can use arrow keys to get to but cant select some options. I have deleted and reinstalled once. Don't seem to have this issue anywhere else. New computer. Thanks in advance

    Centre your wheel then the 'flickering' will stop and you can just use your mouse.
