Over at overtake.gg https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/f1-..., I stumbled upon the new version of NalyD2K2's wonderful F1 2004mod for Automobilista 2. Here I explain how to use real live scenarios coming with the mod and I race an eventful and realistic event at Monaco vs the 100AI grid.

This wraps up the last details of my foundational learning of the heel and toe process. With this now in place, I have everything I need to refine my technique over time.

The new liveries released recently for the GT4 are absolutely amazing-looking. Did a short 20-minute race with them.

 

Especially for Simracers (using AMS2 as an example first but works for all sims).
Something we sometimes forget to do, but can gain tonnes of Sorgae space back in seconds!

Back in a Vintage Mini Cooper for some semi-endurance fun.
There's a number of items that come out of this race, more details in the video description for those who may be interested. I think it's fair to say that there is still more work to do with the AI... but, that's not say I didn't have a fun time, because it was an excellent race to drive.

Automobilista 2/ The F1 2004 Mod New 2.4 Update / A Special Minardi Livery 2001 Silverstone Fast Lap

Today we wanna see the John Walton Special Livery for the Minardi at Silverstone designed to the car in his memory and do a fast lap!

 

One more video where with a controller you can be very competitive and precise in Automobilista 2.
The controller handling is very good and fun, although the vibration needs to be improved.

 

I'm definitely at that stage where I'm missing the F1 now, fortunately AMS2 has me covered!
