Today we start the F1 2008 race at Indianapolis 2001 road course from last position on a dump track with intermediate tires!
How good is the AI under those conditions and how far up the grid can we get on the finishing line?

 

F1 2008 SKINPACK BETA VERSION

We had a one off Event at Semislickracing again. This Time Testing the exklusive Beta Version of Dustins F1 2008 Skinpack at Spa 2005.

 

Everyone but me probably already knew this but...reminder to occasionally go back and check your videos. All mine are uploaded in 4K HDR. I knew it took extra time for those to process and so, I just let them be. Well...turns out most never processed beyond 1080p (thanks youtube!). All sorted now. A trick most probably already know but, if this happens to any of you at some point, trim half a second off the first or last bit of the video and it will reprocess the entire video. Tadda!
Not going to repost them all, but here are a couple of my most intense, favoritest races to date, now in proper full 4K HDR glory (if you have the bandwidth to run it). The highs, the lows, and everything in between...

Just a quick question, is my footage "choppy" ? IDK if this video is looking like the recording has FPS drops or not. My latest videos were coming out before this.

 

Does look choppy to me, your Goiânia Sprint Race video from April for instance is a lot more fluid.
Don't know if it's frame rate or frame time, but there's a clear difference between the two videos on my PC.

 

AMS2 1.69.82 AI: between Genius and Madness! I Sound Like KIMI?.. Pushing His 2006 F1 To The Limit!

Hi everyone,
Today we are taking a trip down memory lane! After some of you mentioned in the comments that I sound a bit like Kimi Räikkönen, I knew exactly what to do. I jumped straight into the cockpit of Kimi's legendary 2006 McLaren-Mercedes beast and headed out to the classic 2001 Silverstone layout in Automobilista 2 (ver. 1.69.82)!
Starting all the way back from P20 on the grid, the mission was simple: Hunt down the brutal 105% AI. And let me tell you, this race was absolute madness! The new AI update is balancing right between pure genius and total insanity. I had to dodge THREE massive spins right in front of my nose!
In the end, we managed an epic comeback all the way up to P6.
What do you think about the current 1.69.82 AI? Is it a masterpiece or too chaotic? Let me know in the comments!

Thanks a lot. I'm struggling to figure out why some videos are ok and others are choppy. I didn't change the settings on OBS. But it seems I'm always trying to fix something.

 

AMS2 New 1.699 UPDATE / New Transition Effects and Racinglines / New AI WET Start Behaviour NAILED!

Today we check out the changelog of the NEW 1.699 AMS2 Update and test the New AI Wet start behaviour and their dry line reactions as well as the New WET transitions effects and racinglines graphics at Interlagos vs the F1 1994 grid!

 

here's the new AI
