Hi all, this one ought bring back some memories, remember those old cars we all started off in (when we were young, ger), low power, drum brakes on the back, little hatchbacks, hand me down saloons from our parents, those wicked back roads to Kings Lynn?

If I've tagged you in this video its because you are either mentioned in it in some car related story, you remember these kinda cars and will appreciate, or you either race or like racing.

This is especially anyone interested in AMS2 Drifting, but there is one VERY important tip in here which should help out everyone (if they don't already know) in terms of throttle control.

Hi Remco, not seen you since a beta test race some time ago, and your impressive driving. I hope you dont mind me posting your great wet skills, as Im trying to encourage more wet/storm driving esp in the old beasty cars. Great vid.

Been a while since I was in AMS2. Gotta shake off that rust!

 

The Sauber tried to kill me, whenever I touched the throttle in the lower gears, and whenever I breathed on the brakes. The Porsche was much more neutral - both on the default setups.
My motor sport passion dates back to the late 1980s/early 1990s, and this rendition of Spa-Francorchamps is one that I’ve wanted in a modern sim for ages. I was grinning ear-to-ear driving this layout, as it looks and ‘feels'… right. I love those retro 80/90s kerbs! I would also really love a version of Monza and Suzuka from the same time period!

Those Group C cars are such a blast . Tried comparing times to a friend LIVE on FORZA...far from a fair comparison but IT WAS AWESOME !!
