Whilst I harp on alot about what i'd love to see in the sim, its always good to appreciate what we've alreay got and what this sim is already capable of.

It was a random online race in AMS2 at the end of last week after a long day that inspired this video, one of the best sim racing experiences I've ever had, was'nt recording at the time so had to make it up out of the saved replay footage. How lucky are we to have these experiences!

 

This is an ode to the first proper racing game I ever played. All the way back in 1994. With the 1993 F1 skin mod for Formula V12 and the Circuit of Kyalami (albeit not the 1993 version, but it is pretty close) made for one heck of a nostalgia trip. So I decided to make an edit on how I experienced F1 as an American child. Granted some Americans did follow F1 properly but I only figured out racing by the games. So names like Senna and Prost I didn't learn about until much later. But loved the video games.

This Brabham BT46B has very intuitive handling out of the box, on the default setup, which is… awesome! I’m also loving the updated driver gloves & helmet models, duplicate ai livery prevention features, subtle improvements to the replay cameras, and increased VR HUD element accessibility. Great work, Reiza!

A new week and new league, this time in the Mini's with the Crest Autosport Automobilista 2 Leagues. My view of the race In VR using the HP Reverb G2 and on a DOF Reality H3 motion rig!
