due to some requests I have created a quick tutorial how to set up a G920 optimized for use with Automobilista 2 and the new FFB+

I know, a G920 is not really a racing beast like a DD wheel, but configured in the right way it can give you a lot of racing fun and good feeling for the track and car.

Because I know many people using this wheel as an affordable entry device for sim racing, I thought it might be useful for some group members here too.

 

Guys I have an addiction and it's name is Glen:

 

Ginetta G40 tryout, default car, wet tyre and AI test @ 103/100. 10 laps quali= 3rd on grid. Will it last?
Not my type of car but! was all going well (apart from a light tap , by me on the ai , sry) until last lap.
love the deep puddles and drag effect.

Edit Ai demonstrate good driving at the 100 aggression level as usual, no stupid moves or punting.( 5-10% ratio (skill/agg) works best from my experience.
Their recovery skill is, well, still questionable sometimes, in these puppy/nice cars.

Shoot, just tried the F.USA in wet, hell what a blast. more to come
Though with the F.USA the AI make big errors

Have to try this again, and recommend the car

It’s Christmas Day morning, and a Nords n00b attempts to drive a GTE on the Nordschleife. There’s no snow and the driving is predictably terrible!

I’m such a n00b when it comes to this track. I really need to drive it a LOT more often, as I’ve only really memorised about 10% of it! Therefore, please excuse any lack of talent here. The session date was set to December 25th 2021. I was hoping for a little seasonal surprise, but alas, there were none.
