OK, here is a lap from one of my league races. Turned out to be the fastest lap. I am new to AMS2, so not sure how "fast" this would be. I think there was still some time in the car, missed some apexes too LOL.

This is my first Oval experience. It isn't easy for me but it's fun.

 

Was that intentional or not?

 

Looks more like a lagspike/rubberbanding. Car is going straight, a few packets miss, the prediction code keeps the car going and while the driver is moving to be more central and block the lanes, suddenly it moves almost too quickly to the left as it’s updating to the real player position.

 

The same one has already driven against the traffic in the qualifying...
But I'm not sure if it was on purpose although he obviously dropped back to pull to the left afterwards.

 

Hmmm. As I said, looks like it was meant to be a blocking move but the speed of it looks rubberbanding-y. I guess the best thing is to stay cautious around him.
