16 laps of Jerez (no chicane), 120% a.i.
Sometimes, the a.i just kicks your azz.
Using the same setup from the previous video, which handled so well, I’m suddenly faced with all the understeer on this track.
Hey guys! how you are recording the races?
Is there a chance to Save the replays? i´ll love to see some of my races after ends.
I (and probably most people) use the free program OBS (Open Broadcasting Studio). It runs in the background and records the game play. I do the race and afterwards, let the replay play and just leave it so that OBS records that as well. I don't know of any in-game way to save the replay.
This game just gets better with every update... here's another Super V8 race, this time at Campo Grande, an interesting track which I need quite a bit of time to get a hang of (especially turn 4):
Vr looks amazing with ams2! I get sick trying vr ( psvr gt sport) unfortunately.
Just for fun, a comparison video of the AMS2 Lancer R at Cadwell park with some real-world footage inset of my Evo IX MR 360 on a track day. The real footage is 11 years old and the world was only available in SD back then
The cars aren't directly comparable so don't take it too seriously but the handling, feedback and feel of the AMS2 Lancer is superb imo.
Here's the IX, it averaged 4mpg that day on track so, yeah, sim racing is a cheap hobby by comparison!
Thats what I would say is a qualified opinion.
Any body have some Cat (Caterham) stuff?
Formula Classic Gen 1 at Imola 88.
SprintRace at Velopark.Good combo....75% AI.
Did you have any particular Caterham and circuit in mind? Most of my onboard is from Anglesey and Pembrey but I can ask some of the other Cat owners I know if they have what you are looking for.
I posted the Supersport/Oulton vs real on page 1 so I guess you've seen that. In the latest build the player Supersport is slower than before and I've struggled to get below a 2:02 where I could match the real world 1:59s before so the game is still changing as new builds drop.
Alternatively, if you've seen some footage on the web I can try to match that up with the game.
Sounds great. I do love the cats.
Must be great to be on track.
Feed back from real life to sim I think helps a lot for people like myself never driven a race track.
Though the Goodwood Revival visit was special, seeing real world class racers thrashing real race cars using old school driving skills.
Favourite Cat For me 620
Had a bit of fun today chasing the top time at Jerez with FGen3, so much fun to drive:
