Ever since I realised there was a (close enough) 1990 Williams Renault FW13B model in this game five months ago, I’ve been eagerly awaiting for the opportunity to drive with this 1990 pack for AMS2! Another thing I discovered, is that the HUD editing in VR has finally been fixed!
You can now select all the individual elements cleanly and easily! I realised this after I recorded this video, so properly-aligned HUD elements will be present from the next one.

Another thing I spotted, was how the driver’s steering animations in the replays now seem to match the ‘live’ gameplay animations - at least for this car. I’ll have to check if this is a new default for all cars.
The right & left mirrors are still showing the wrong side in the replays though, as you can see in the onboard segments below.

I do wish we could have that Honda logo on the steering wheels of the Senna McLaren cars. It's weird but having them missing is kind of a bummer

Authentic length F1 sprint race at Interlagos. - Authentic fuel consumption and tire wear. - Medium Damage (which I believe is "Authentic Damage" equivalent). - 100% AI, high aggression. Impersonating the Honey Badger Dani Ric, we will start at the back of the grid and try to climb up the pack. Rough start, but gets better as the race moves forward. Little did I know that I would encounter not only 1, but 3 Ministers of defense ahead. Great battles though. Even with its flaws, AMS 2 still has one of the best AIs in simracing, specially when you put in perspective the size and resources of Reiza Studios. If the next update improves upon that, we are set for a really enjoyable experience. It was a fun race and I hope some of you enjoy it. I've took some time to edit this one. Cheers and happy racing!!
