And compare this to mine of 1:19.660 then you are not even inside my rear mirror.
But are you telling me you actually have lapped on 1:19.200?
Because then I have a problem


ByTheWay: If you cannot run any faster on the normal WG we could move on to the WG with the boot. Thats slightly more challenging. But its your decision my good man

No. Don't confuse your own opinion as though it's some kind of consensus or representative of everyone.

"what is going on" is literally stated in the release notes for the last 1.5 update. It had bold, capital letters next to it saying "IMPORTANT" These are on steam and half a dozen or more sim related websites as well as here.

 

Yes. I literally mentioned the other thread with someone complaining about updates. Updates that aren't even happening ironically. The first thread on time trials had someone complaining about losing his times and another has posted here and on Steam, another time trial fan, saying 1.5 changes weren't necessary and the game was better before.

Steam has a few people complaining that the game has been changed, especially relating to the 1.5 physics and time trial changes. I wasn't making these things up as potential complaints.

Rest assured if Reiza released 500 different versions of the game and employed a team of clinical physiologists they couldn't make everyone happy. And why would they? dst hope that money is enough it's a "full price sim". But you're mostly either directly unpleasant when you whine or trying to hide it with sarcasm or passive aggressive nonsense. Especially here where you know the bar for being booted is lower. On steam they really are....well go and see. Nevertheless there's a level of malignant narcissism over a computer game that defies belief. Hats off to Reiza for their high level of tolerance but if you imagine you're motivating them to rush whatever changes you want? Haha.

Everyone has their own pet thing, whether it's time trails, or the people doing modding saying "I don't why I bother because Reiza do nothing" because they imagine one of their developers is going to stop everything and explain all the file formats and how the engine works, or someone with a perfectly fine and working VR implementation complaining about the way the Oculus one works.

Everyone thinks they should have Reiza's attention and that Reiza should fix (or not fix) the game to suit them.

The bottom line is though : that won't make you happy. If they do what you hope or not. It's not the answer to your problems. It's just a computer game - and one that if you can't enjoy now, as it is, then you never will.

 

Hehe its almost mandatory when people like you who criticize others are humorously asked to maybe look at themselves when they judge others - then they vaguely begin to refer to other forums and other platforms. And what have we.

I absolutely dont care what is posted on Steam. Waste of time.
And when you agressively but still rather vague does refer to "someone complaining about losing his times" in another thread(?) - then what?
Does it make him guilty in some crime or something?

A much less confronting way than your overly aggressive one is the one I did use against this "someone". By politely advice him to make some screendumps of his TT LB positions and save them as some kind of personal historic "proof".

Did you actually manage to make a 119.200 on WG in the F-Reiza?
Because then I have a problem.

1:19.425! Oh man.
I thought that would be impossible.
My boss is also disappointed.
Now he is beginning to rave about closing the team.
But Im stubborn and will have to try to beat it.
But I doubt it - and therefore:

ByTheWay: I have been enjoying myself in TT on the Imola 1970 in the: FReiza, V10G1McL, V10G1, FV12, UltiG1, UltiG2.

Your boss needs to demand more from his employees, make them strive for excellence a 1:18 can be done on WG, maybe even a low one by someone more talented than I am and a setup that is not: "Ok, click this, click that, yep looks right!"

Not sure you will like how it handles, hard to predict, but in the beta the F-Reiza drives a lot more "tight" compared to main release as of now. Easy to get into the 1:18s on default setup. Might change though, no clue, beta is quite fluid.

 

I have to admit that Im both excited and also a bit worried how as example cars like F-Reiza will behave after next update. Because if more "tight" as you call it is as I hope then I will probably love it.
