Possibly they stopped doing it (not really that focused on reactions), but by filtering in the background they can delay things as there's no record of their acknowledgement rather than being constantly questioned by angry mob with pitchforks that it's been "registered two months ago and nothing happened". And I'll totally back them up on that - they know best when to tackle what. We can raise issues but shouldn't interfere with their prioritisations (to some extent obviously).

You did the right thing and reported it, not it's time to Reiza to do their thing when suits best. If it's something easy to fix they may move it higher up the queue, but if fix is complicated and would derail other developments - it will take a while for sure.
