I have recently got involved in playing racing life and I’m loving the app as it gives me chance to play lots of different tracks and cars so I never get board. I’m wondering if it’s worth me buying any expansion packs so that I might be able to play even more tracks and cars but I’m wondering what to buy as I’m not sure what will come up on the racing life app. I would be happy to pay a one of payment of about £160.00 for all the content if it’s likely to come up in racing life but don’t really want to pay for the full pack if I’m not going to use it all. Perhaps someone could help advise me. Thanks for reading

I will say all of the content is really great and I recommend picking it all up BUT it is expensive so I recommend picking up stuff that's tailored towards what you want out of AMS 2. The only thing I recommend picking up regardless is the premium track expansion because thats where a lot of the most famous tracks are (Spa, Monza, Barcelona, Nurbergring, Silverstone and Hockenhiemring) along with many historic layouts for those tracks (except for Barcelona)

If you like modern F1 then you're basically all set

If you like historic F1 then I recommend picking up all of the historic trackpacks, Formula Hi-tech, as well as keeping some extra change in your pocket for when the next DLC(s) comes out as it will (most likely) be early-mid 2000s F1 stuff

If you like modern sportscar racing then the Endurance Car packs, Racing USA expansion, IMSA track pack, Lemans, and the 2025 Nurbergring. Though if you want to drive any of the Lambos (Like the Hurican GT3, SuperTrofeo and SC63) you will have to pick up the Lamborghini dream packs

If you like historic sportscars I recommend picking up the Racing USA expansion, IMSA track pack, all of the historic track packs, and the historic endurance car pack

All the packs I haven't mentioned (Adrenaline parts 1 and 2 along with Supercars parts 1 and 2) I'd only recommend buying those if you're looking for more variety or just want to support Reiza. While I do like all of those packs off-road racing and street cars aren't AMS 2's strong suit. There are definitely way better options for that type of content outside of AMS 2

AMS 2 and its DLC goes on sale fairly regularly so if there's something you want but unsure if you'll get enough usage out of it I recommend waiting until a steam sale. Also whenever new DLC's drop Reiza will usually add it to the base game free of charge for a limited time (anywhere from a few days to a week) so when you can take advantage of those

Hope this helped! I know its a bit confusing but at the end of the day just buy things you'll think you will enjoy based on the things you love about motorsport!
