Hi, I'm co-organizer for ams2 from RFRO (former SRE co-organizer, merged with RFRO for ams2), a french league using multiple games. RFRO - Ligue de Simracing We're about to complete our first season using sprint car, 2 sprint races per event, 8 events. We are 14 to 20 members per event. Everybody really enjoyed this car. Races were broadcasted and commented (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtk8T_sRKXDCkw4ANCzcJLQ) So some feedbacks : Organization: We use sms_rotate, and sms_states for results. We had lots of issues with sms_states, wrong results (but this happened in the game too) when closed finished, changing names in files are the most common. A lot of these bugs are already documented in pcars forums. We really miss commands for admin, the admin is the first to enter, which is not really convenient. A session cannot live without an admin. AMS1 solution was much much better on this side. We also really miss a grid tool, reversed grid., defined start order... So for us, by priority grid tool admin command/password fix results on some rare cases Broadcast We stream the director view, that's not perfect, but we didn't really test the director/broadcaster combo, having 2 accounts is not convenient for us. Maybe a remote application (not the game) to send director commands to the broadcaster, or use multi-window... but that's just "nice to have". The most important for us is a slider or some preset to change the fov during the stream. Most of the time it's too close. So for us, by priority realtime fov setup remote application or window for director Players The main issue is with contacts. Most of the time it's ok, but on some light touch, one of the drivers feels nothing, ear nothing, and for the other driver, it's the end of the race. That's very frustrating, some drivers abandoned the championship due to this. The best example is a bumpers contact (rear to front), rear driver on the inside, the rear driver lose the car, the front driver just did not realize anything as he gets no feedback. The rear driver complained because the front driver ignored him, but it was a little bit too optimistic, the front driver complained because he did not felt anything, he thinks he is dangerous because it's not the first time, they both abandoned (real use-case...). They asked for something liked the well-known helicorsa, proximity arrow are not enough.
