I think I'm gonna temper my enthusiasm down from game changer to mild tweaks.

 

I'm going in with low expectations and hoping to be surprised

 

Some of you guys are the reason why Reiza is/was hesitant to release videos before the release.

What, people who say when they see issues?
I really like ams2 and will end up buying the dlcs and playing a lot of 1.6 but I will be honest when I see issues.

 

A preview is a way to show at the public the work done.

Normal for us to talk about the good and bad as long as there is arguments

 

But at the same time, its very difficult to judge how the physic would be. We all need to play it to know. Hopefully in a real few days not weeks

Pretty certain that if Mike had felt in his video that problems were persistent between versions 1.5 and 1.6 he would have very clearly mentioned it - it would not be like him to not point out flaws in content, even if he is a very upbeat person most of the time.

Nils video really showed that but as so many others have said, I will only find out when I drive it.

 

I think that now the floatty 1.5 issue is gone but in longitudinal/traction we will have to try

 

Personally, I’ve removed all camera movements from the cockpit view, and that floating sensation disappeared. I only keep the G-forces for acceleration and deceleration. In my opinion, beyond some physics tweaks and calibrations, the main thing that needed fixing was the excessive tire slip under certain conditions.

Lately, I’ve done quite a few races with the BMW M6 GT3 Gen1, and I felt comfortable about 90% of the time.

 

so re-watching the gameplay all the time in first gear and full throttle with steering angle so impossible for the car to handle the power

maybe the driver/car/track wasn't the best to showcase v1.6

 

Maybe he will make a video with the DTMs or the classic TCs and Sebring might be interesting to him.

I saw about 6 minutes of the video before I was hit with a 56 second Ad.

is it possible to have check before realese ? and do you have a slip angle in the equation for TC to maybe allow slip but not the car starting to be at a big angle
