We got our best turnout yet last night with 14 drivers attending. Would have been 16 but 2 regulars couldn't make it.

I thought the week prior with the GT3s was a good race but this was something else!

Don't know what it was like at the very front but things were very close throughout the top ten for the fist 2/3rds of the race. Some proper wheel to wheel stuff. I was within spitting distance of another car at any given time for 9 or so laps?

Apart from a racing incident on lap 5 (where 5 of us where all trying to get through the chicane!) we were managing fair but competitive racing in packs of between 2 to 5 cars. It was a real credit to the drivers.



An incredible recovery drive from 3vil too.

 

Aye they promote close racing those bad boys. It was a tad lonely in 2nd after Evil spun out but good to hear the racing was good further back.

Next week's race should hopefully be more of the same but need a tad more practice to keep those V8's in check!

 

Hey seen your server would be interested in joining but won't be able to race all the time due to work schedule

 

Hi Rag1ng Bull - I seen you signed up on the league form - normally once a league has started we'd not let people join it but they can be a sub for others that miss races however since it's a trial league if you can make it along that's fine and you'll get your own slot.

We are running a wee impromptu race on Saturday night at 10pm just for fun.

It's be in a single EEC GT3 car (all drivers the same car) on Johannesburg. Car announced on the night.

Our server has v1.6 of the EEC GT3 mod so if you've updated to v1.7 already you'll need to rollback to 1.6. Unfortunately I can't find the link to the v1.6 update.
