stock car usa problem

Good morning,
I recently uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it, and all the DLCs installed correctly. I own the USA Pack 1, 2, and 3, but when I go into the game I have the Formula Indy and the American tracks, however the Stock Cars do not appear—neither Gen 1, Gen 2, nor Gen 3—and I would like to know why. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game again, but they still do not show up. Could you please help me?

 

I guess you already claimed your Racing USA Full expansion here, right?

Make sure the selected Steam DLCs show a checkbox on the Racing USA Full Expansion not just the standalone dlcs.

I have the three DLCs — Pack 1, Pack 2, and Pack 3 — checked. However, in the Expansion Pack it says that I need to purchase it. What I don’t understand is why, before uninstalling the game, I was able to play with the Stock Car USA vehicles and I had access to the Pocono circuit, which I believe was included as a bonus for those who owned the three packs separately.

So why is it that after reinstalling the game I now have to pay 19 euros to buy it, when I already had it before? I don’t really understand why this is happening.
