Yes, that's what Dry is in what I described :) Lots of weather and skies variations but they're still dry weather types.

Safety Car options now are "25%, 50%, 75%, Random" ... but all these options are a 100% YES at some point, the only other is completely OFF, or YES only in case of an incident. It would be nice to have an option for "Randomly Yes / No at a Random time.

Would it be possible to expand the driver affinity stats screen to include maybe ten cars and tracks rather than just three? I really like this page and the limited amount of stats we are provided, but more would always be welcomed.

Very good 'Automobilista 2 September 2025 Development Update'

About step 3 of multiplayer, it will be very good to be able to force an entrylist with
    - car/livery id
    - first & last name of each driver

And the cherry on the cake, for the broadcaster to be instantly with the right role

For me, ams2 is getting better and better, with spectacular content. The diversity is excellent, and the grids for the different classes are well-filled. However, there's one thing I'd like Reiza to pay attention to in its implementation: the game should support at least 128 button assignments. This is because if we have a steering wheel with more than 64 buttons, buttons 65 and above aren't supported. Often, these are encoders, which leaves us somewhat limited by the hardware.

Agreed, also multi position switches can't be used as intended, you have to have them in encoder mode which cuts their usability back, especially with a number of wheels now offering multi position switch functionality.

i pray and hope one day ford will be in the game! ik its a huge stretch but v8 supercars would be great considering there hasnt been a new v8 game since the 2000s, and the ones they do team up with suck or are too expensive

I would like to see more new "Grade 1 Tracks" for the fast cars.

Edit: And some maybe obscure of the old days: Kyalami 92, Dijon, Anderstorp and stuff like that.

The ability to be able to change control configuration while already in a lobby.
I.e. Switching from wheel to another, it has different button mappings, etc. I have to exit to the main menu to switch the control configuration in the AMS2 settings. it would be great if we could do this while in game.

A tool for the multiplayer server, for example, to set a track rotation but with fixed vehicles. So that the track rotates randomly but the vehicles are set the same.

And besides, the MX-5 Cup would also be great for multiplayer. I think it would be a lot of fun.

The lap on the Nordschleife is so long that a lot of gamers tend to bail out if they have to wait more than 5 minutes (or something like that). It's a pity that there was a good grid at the end (at t=0) of a session, but after 8 minutes it's just a third of the grid. And if I'm looking at monitor view I see a guy out there, he's just learning the track and unaware of the fact that everyone is waiting for him. Could there be an option to shorten the inlap or restrict the time after the timer of the session is at 0?

I would really like to see the ability to configure for a race the exact list of AI opponent cars you want on the grid and their count.
The current algorithm automatically populating the grid in 'Same Class' mode is too restrictive. See this post for more details of its shortcomings.

I understand making an UI for such functionality might be difficult as it would require the ability to add/delete individual cars and configure their number.

As a middle ground, this could be implemented as XML files. An XML file would contain the list of cars to constitute the grid, and for each car their number and (optionally) a livery list to use. The XML file could also contain the information to restrict its use to a list of tracks.

The 'Opponent Field Type' setting could then be expanded to list these XML files past the existing 'Identical', 'Same class' and 'Multi-Class' choices.

Going the XML route would allow for people to share their preferred grids and it would add even more variety to the AMS2 sandbox.
It would also allow the ability for a developer to create an external UI program to create/edit these XML files.

future f1 dlc would be nice to cover the gap between 2000 and 2013 season, my guess is V10 gen 3 to cover last season with v10 engine and V8 pack based on 2008 season last with grooved tires
