This exact audio capture for the upcoming Formula V10 Gen3 car(s)

And before anyone casts doubt or even asks. Yes, the author has openly said they are happy to share the raw audio file with game developers if they contact them.

    A few feature requests:
    1. Have 'presets' button that selects a car class and its historical tracks work in Multiplayer.
    2. Allow real drivers to exit pit during qual first, especially if using 'lone qualifying'.
    3. Give multiplayer hosts 10 or more save entries so they don't have to re-enter session info every time. Especially when some of the session entries go back to a default state every new session.
    4. AI is not very consistent. An AI setting of 75 gives very different relative times to players when using sports cars vs. open wheel vs. oval cars.

I drive in VR without HUD and I don't even have the ICM mapped on my wheel so I have to trust in the game when entering the pits.
In my last 45-min "endurance" race I set up one madatory pit stop with refuelling and at least one tire change. But: When pitting at around 25 minutes my tires were NOT changed (so I got disqualified later) and my tank was unnecessarily filled up to 100% (so I lost a lot of positions against AI). Felt like my race strategist came straight from the F1 Ferrari pitwall.
I want to concentrate on the race and not on managing the ICM while driving so it would be amazing if automatic pit stop logic cloud be improved. Greetings from Germany!

Have your set up your pitstop before race start? If you predefine what they do in the pit it works well so you don't have to hustle with the ICM mid race

Unless I'm very mistaken there is no "automatic pit stop logic" for the player.

On pit stops I'd like better calculations for how much fuel is needed before a race.

I often just jump straight into a race with no practice or quali and find that the suggestions for how many laps I can get per litre is way off. Surely lap times and fuel consumption can be guessed based on the AI settings for the race- presuming that the user will be more or less on pace with them?

Are you using the "Beta test" HUD? or the "old one"?
I graphically enjoyed the smoothness of the old one a bit better and it reminded me more of the "AMS2 Vibe" from the menu, but Reiza Devs have added a new fuel gauge on the beta HUD and it also displays "fuel / laps" estimation on the fuel gauge that has 4 blue blocks (when tank is full) so each block is 25% of the car fuel.
I've found that this feature can actually be helpful but yeah you always need at least a bit of practice for the AI calculations to kick in accurately otherwise the fuel estimates aren't properly adjusted to the track since that data won't exist in the game and it's not stored anywhere.
(Crewchief or Simhub will showcase that the fuel estimations data does not exist)

Or unless you've prepared beforehand and created a setup for 20m = X litres etc, then that's where that info is stored. Another thing is driving style, track conditions grip etc, there are a few things that can create small variations on fuel ofc.

I remember a while ago I also felt fuel was way way off but for example for an LMDh car if you're in time trial or some practice session, depending on context, you can require a lot more ore a lot less fuel because of the eletric hybrid energy.

I've noticed that with that car, I usually need to actually do quite a bit of testing before a race, at least 15min? 20min? to figure out how the car is going to behave (if it's a new track or just new context in general).

no so much a feature request but more of a default set up adjustment. Formula USA gen1-3 Turbo is set to 100% on road courses... these care rarely used more the 75% in road course set up they might have jumped to 80 in quali mode but on a road set up 100% was never used. in race trim turbo boost was enforced to be approx 70%-80%

    Based on Game Build: 1.6.9.5
Request Title: Auto-switch audio output device based on OS settings (with optional toggle)

    Description:
Currently, the in-game audio output device does not automatically follow the default audio device selected in the operating system. For example, if the player previously used headphones selected in the game settings, and later switches the default output device in Windows to speakers, the game will still output audio to the previously selected headphones on the next launch. This behavior is unintuitive and requires manual adjustment each time the output device changes.

To improve usability, the game should support automatic switching to the system’s default audio device. Additionally, this behavior should be optional, allowing users to choose between a fixed device and the OS-managed default.

    Proposed Solution:

    • Add a setting: “Use system default audio device” (On/Off)
    • When enabled:
      • The game automatically uses the current default audio output device from the OS
      • The device updates on game launch (optionally also on-the-fly)
    • When disabled:
      • The game uses the manually selected device (current behavior)
    Benefits:

    • Matches behavior of most modern games and applications
    • Eliminates the need for manual switching after changing audio devices in the OS
    • Improves overall user experience, especially for users frequently switching between headphones and speakers
    • Maintains backward compatibility via optional toggle

Hi, i have a request concerning race and championship customisation, for the grid customisation to be More precise, it would be amazing to chose the exact car to race against, for example if i want to do Road Atlanta 2005 endurance race, i want to have only 2 corvette with a specific livery, and the possibility to change every AI drivers name, i think its possible to add this, i know there is an app that can do this but, i really want to do this ingame

Something came to mind that not a single sim is currently doing: Having sandbanks wear down. In every sim everything offtrack just stays how they are from racestart to finish. This leads to drivers being able to put a tire off track for maximum cut in certain corners every single lap for the entire race.

In real life the sandbanks will wear down dramatically with each car going through it creating a quite dangerous dip next to the curb over the race that will unsettle cars heavily that go thorugh it.

A completely dynamic sandbank system of course seems way out of limits to integrate, but maybe such a feature for sandbanks that are directly next to curbs might be worth being looked into

Request to make it possible ( if that is) to let us change the hide or show wheel option after loading a race. Its a bit annoying to have to go back all the way to the main menu and reload the race again just to get the wheel to show or not.

Another request for an AI feature, if possible, it'd be fun to see them have a hidden frustration value that slowly rises if they get stuck behind other cars that are slowing them down. As the frustration value rises, so does their aggression, making more moves, acting more aggressively, taking more risks, etc.
It's a large part of racing against people of a similar skill level to you, getting in their head, making them frustrated and careless.

Might also help with AI getting bunched up sometimes too.

That is similar to what i was expecting the "Aggression" setting to be. I think that setting should scale depending on how high the aggression is, because as it is currently i see zero difference between Low or Max.

It would be enough to just introduce debris onto the track brought by other cars; in iRacing, they work well and add a nice touch of immersion. I'd also really like it if, like in iRacing, when you're in the pits and the mechanics are working on the car, the steering wheel moved to simulate shaking; a very, very nice additional effect.

I believe the engineers at SMS were adding on track debris to the Madness engine for PCars4 before the studio was shutdown by EA. It's heartbreaking to see what the Madness engine could've evolved into with more development time and budget.
Rumor is some of those engineers might have gone to work for iRacing?

I don't know if this was said already. To allow to customize the steering wheel of the cars. Like the skins with the rims (that were allowed later, for example). So to be able to put the Honda logo on McLaren 90's car, etc.

I really hope that the Nürburgring shortcut finally gets added—so that you don't always have to drive a full lap of the Nordschleife. Also, please let crashed cars remain on the track for a few seconds longer. It’s completely unrealistic when cars vanish instantly, and it’s annoying when you deliberately brake, only for the cars to disappear at that very moment. It just doesn't look good.
