I've asked for this before, but seems not hard and can't really understand why it's not possible:
-Let us use any camera during the pitstops!
The animations are there and they are okay at least, so it is a pity to be locked inside the cockpit. Even on replays I think. Having visible pit stops will increase the game popularity for streaming for sure.
There is also a false option to have pit stop cinematics, so at least remove that option.

It would be great to get finally a Mustang or Challenger so the Camaro do not stay alone :)

Add reliability to the car performance like the new power weight and drag so it effects the player car instead of being an ai driver stat

    A video filter.

Emulate that grainy staticky old timey with the skipping scan lines TV filter relevant to each era.

So if I'm racing a car that was black and white TV days, I'd like the screen to be in black and white and grainy. If I'm racing in the 90s, same kinda thing but in colour and not HD.

You can use the Nvidia filters for that atm, they barely cost performance and are easy to set up :)

The one that provides the updates. Activate the overlay in the options and with a shortcut you can open it (I think it's Alt+Z by default). There you find a tab for Filters where you can add tons of stuff that people usally added via tools like Reshade like Color Filters, Saturation, Brightness/Contrast/Shadows. Only be aware that the filters can get reset after driver or game update so screenshot your settings

    Hello.

It would be great to have a separate DLC for WTCC content, i.e. WTCC tracks and WTCC cars. I know that today, in the year 2026, WTCC is already a history, but that history is quite interesting.

WTCC or World Touring Car Championship used to be an international touring car championship promoted by Eurosport Events and sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). This championship was run in the period from year 2005 to year 2017.

It would be great to recall good memories from the time when there was an international world championship which used affordable automobiles for ordinary people.

Anyway, thank you for a great racing game !

Will the 47 AI opponent limit be increased in the future for larger tracks?

    Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the current AI grid limit. Right now, the maximum number of AI opponents is capped at 47. Even though we can already use the Content Manager to tweak the .TRD files and force a 47-AI grid on every single track, it still feels a bit empty on massive circuits like the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Spa-Francorchamps, or Le Mans.

To get a truly immersive and realistic multiclass endurance racing experience, having larger grids on these specific tracks would be a massive game-changer.

Since pitlane collisions are disabled anyway, managing a larger field during pit stops shouldn't cause major physical chaos in the pitlane itself.

Are there any plans from Reiza to lift or increase this 47-AI opponent restriction in future updates, especially for the larger endurance tracks?

    Thanks!

Feature Request: Simhub telemetry output for differential adjustments (Preload, Coast, Power) so these could be added to a DDU or wheel dashboard. Current reading only available on the "live edit messages" HUD.

Feature Request: Engine braking: button bindings with in-car adjustments and simhub telemetry output for formula cars that have this.

As well as the current Full Course Yellow YES/NO options I would like a ONCE ONLY or LIMITED option.

    See:

Timo does a full length 1995 Italian GP with 4 safety car periods (timestamps, 14.30, 34.30, 42.30, 1.02.30) - in reality there was only one safety car period during the entire 1995 season (which admittedly is the lowest ever). At the end of the video he suggests people just turn off full course yellows.
The ideal would be to have the "limited" option so it would only come out where essential, but probably an easier change to code would be to have a "once" option where everything is as now, but the number of safety car periods is capped at one (so the variable internally that says "We are in a race with FCYs" gets set to "We are in a race with no FCYs" immediately after the first one).

But anyway, 1995 Indycar with 85 hydration breaks full course yellows across the season shouldn't be simulated the same way as 1995 F1 with 1 full course yellow, even if modern F1 is trying to be more like Indycar. The fact that you basically wouldn't plan for safety cars because they are rare so when they come it's a big surprise was part of how they shook things up.

    Massively needed.

Can we make the track at Monaco well-lit in night time races?? Just doesnt seem right to have It pretty dark or very dim when it's a literal street race littered lampposts everywhere. The same with long beach and adelaide.

And Daytona needs to brighter as it's a bit too dim. Plus, more lighting at the bus stop chicane.

    Thank you, much appreciated.

Setting up a championship within a preset I'd be pleased if there was a preselection of circuits that would fit to this preset.

    Based on Game Build: Current
Request Title: Ability to make changes to pit strategy while paused mid race.
Description: Currently, the only way to make changes to pit strategy during a race is via the ICM while you’re racing. At times, this can be very difficult, especially when certain tracks don’t have a long enough straight or you are in a very tight race with an opponent.
Benefits: Allows the player to make accurate adjustments to pit strategy while not interrupting the concentration of the player, while racing

    Based on Game Build: Current
Request Title: Ability to create a mandatory pit window that is placed in the middle of a race.
Description: If a player chooses mandatory pit stop in race setup, an additional option would appear that would ask the player what the pit window would be. This pit window would be placed in the middle of a race, regardless of timed or lap race. If race is a timed race, a pit window can be specified by the player (options would be OFF, 5-20 minutes - in increments of 5 minutes and options cannot match or exceed race length. At least a 15 minute race length is required). For lap races, options would be (OFF, 5 laps,10 laps - race must be at least 15 laps, until better logic can be built)
Benefits: Creates a more strategic race that better replicates past and current race series

    Hi Reiza team,
first of all, I really appreciate the latest work on wet weather dynamics, especially the evolving dry line, the improved track surface transitions and the new AI wet line logic. These are major improvements and they make wet races feel much more alive and believable.
There is one visual aspect that I think could still benefit from further refinement: the rain and spray effects when viewed from external cameras.
At times, the rain effect can look a bit unnatural and overly amplified from the outside, almost too dense or too “layered” compared to what you would expect from real onboard or TV footage. The same can occasionally happen with the spray behind cars: in some conditions it looks very impressive, but sometimes it feels visually exaggerated or too uniform, especially when several cars are close together.
In my opinion, the wet weather system itself is becoming one of AMS2’s strongest features, so improving the visual readability of rain and spray would make it even better. A more natural variation in density, opacity, direction and intensity could help the whole scene feel less artificial and more like real wet-weather racing footage.
To be clear, this is not a criticism of the wet physics or the new track evolution — those are genuinely excellent. It is more a visual feedback/spectator-camera suggestion:
    slightly more natural-looking rain from external cameras;
    less “amplified” or overly dense rain in some conditions;
    more varied spray behaviour depending on speed, water depth and car proximity;
better visual distinction between light rain, heavy rain, standing water spray and drying-track conditions.
AMS2 is already doing things with wet weather that very few racing sims attempt. With some extra refinement to rain and spray presentation, I think it could become even more convincing.
Thanks again for the continued work. The progress in this area is genuinely impressive.

    Hi everyone,
I’ve been doing a lot of endurance racing lately, specifically using the GT3 Gen 2 class, but I've run into a major issue regarding the Balance of Performance (BoP) and stint lengths.
Currently, the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Gen 2 has a significantly larger fuel tank capacity compared to the Porsche 992 GT3 R (which is locked at 100L). Because of this extra capacity, the Aston Martin can run much longer stints and needs far fewer pit stops over a long race.
To even remotely match their strategy and stint length in the Porsche, you are forced to do an extreme amount of lift-and-coast. Honestly, having to drive like that just to stay competitive takes away a lot of the fun in endurance events.
I know that in real-world series (like SRO/ACC or IMSA), teams are given strict maximum fuel capacities (often referred to as a "virtual tank" or BoP-regulated fuel limits) to ensure stint lengths are balanced across all manufacturers, regardless of the physical size of the car's fuel cell.
Does anyone know if Reiza has plans to implement virtual/BoP fuel tank limits in a future update? It would massively improve the competitive balance for multi-class and endurance racing.
    Thanks!

Please allow the hiding of any Class of Vehicles and tracks which people don't use, its a great choice to have multiples of different Classes, but i am sure people would like the option to remove Classes and tracks they dont use.

I think a BOP has already been set up; I couldn’t say whether there’s a setting for the issue you’re referring to

Car performance BoP is not the same as fuel tank limit. Would be good to be able to set that separately. Or better yet for Reiza to set the fuel tanks the same for all GT3 Gen 2 cars.
