I really think AMS2 has a huge opportunity right now on the multiplayer side, especially through LFM.

For years, LFM helped keep ACC alive and active online. Now ACC is approaching the end of its support cycle, while LMU is developing its own ranking and safety system internally. This feels like the perfect moment for AMS2 to grow much more in multiplayer as well.

One of the biggest strengths of AMS2 is variety. We are not limited to just GT3 every day. The game has GT4, prototypes, historic touring cars, Formula cars, Group C, endurance content, classic championships and many other categories that could create a much more diverse and interesting daily schedule compared to other sims.

This is also why the upcoming LFM integration planned for AMS2 1.7 could become a very important step for the sim. However, in my opinion, that integration would risk being almost pointless without a much larger number of events and a significantly wider variety of combinations than what we currently have.

Right now the amount of AMS2 races on LFM still feels too small considering the potential of the sim and the size of its content library.

I really hope to see a stronger push in this direction in the near future, because AMS2 genuinely has the potential to become something much bigger online as well.
