    Puma is a weird car for me, 4wd understeer/oversteer everywhere, plus i find running the gear above what you would think works well, torque monster and open diff i think.

    At first I was short shifting just based on the engine note sounding so strained at high rpm. Perhaps that's ok to do based on what you are saying.
