It looks like the Copa Classic - Cat B boards have been cleared... again
Let's hope it's for good this time !
I gave up trying to reset them and just deleted them entirely this time, hopefully, finally, this will do the trick.
The Cat B malediction strikes again !!
I have 2 laptimes in Taruma and Spielberg short and when I try to see them on virtualexperience, it returns 2 error messages : "error retrieving entries" and "bad request"...
Indeed. I've set a lap at Tarumã as well just to make sure. It's working fine in game, but not on VX.
And another leaderboard intruder here.
Some people will do anything they can to be on top of the board...
But that is a very impressive time with an F301! Even the best lap with an Ultimate is 37s slower...
patience They are there now.
The boards with the error messages are the ones I deleted. They get created on steam side the first time someone does a run there. It will then take a while to propagate and become available to VX.
I'll sort the 301 board when I'm back at the pc tomorrow.
Sorry for the slow reply, missed the alerts for these somehow.
Ohh yeah good work!, really.
Dave Stephenson Renato Simioni alexSchmurtz And we only need Ranked races calendar in the AMS Servers, that way your servers will be full and people will commit with the ranking and you could test more (the goods and wrongs of) the ranking system.
We stopped making the "Reiza Servers Day" cause we could not control the starting time of the sessions.. (We scheduled the race at 20h and ups! session is closed at 7:50, people can not join...)....was sad and we stoped it.
If you could help a bit with the starting and managing the sessions may be it could be a possibility..... just Reiza has to consider the SRS (simracinsystem) example , they let some communities or youtubers organize events or championship with great success.
Is not that a good idea to evaluate your new ranking system for the next sim (AMS2 or whatever name will be) ? or do you prefer to have the servers empty or with not so many people.
Just my ideas, I know that may be i am wrong .
Of course we are aware of the short-comings of the current setup and of many ways in which we can improve for the next title as well as still potentially in the current implementation. As we also stated when we embarked on this so late into AMS life cycle this was in part about evaluating what would work or not in terms of the ranking itself and the supporting infrastructure around it and formulating plans for what will be in the future.
With that said, feedback is always welcome and will be taken under advisement. We want to make it a great and complete feature but there also has to be balance in the allocation of development resources with the rest of development.
