Guys, if someone here uses FFR in OXR toolkit and has issues with misbehaving rings (and I think everyone has this issue), smart brain found the solution. All hail Nemo!
Grab the modified OXR Toolkit dll here. No misbehaving rings anymore.

wow, nice to hear you are happy but I had hoped with a 5090 you can run nativ resolution. Well, you say MED Settings. That means 2800x2800 in SteamVR and ingame med resolution or MSAA medium, or what?

You can run it natively, see later post. Even at night and with rain. However, there are some tracks that can be problematic at night, like Kansai and hockenheim

It would be helpful, if the replay TV camera catches my car right away when I start a replay in VR. Now, I have to switch through the cameras and search for my car. Sometimes it takes quite a while to find the right camera.

Hi all is the latest version of AMS2 more demanding than normal, i used to play on a quest 3, but been on triple screens for a bit due to acevo, decided last night to jump back on VR and found my head room is around 0-10% and getting the odd stutter,
now not sure if my end, or something i've changed when on triple screens (memory like a sieve)
so before i start changing every setting known to man or beast, i thought i would ask is it more demanding, running I7 13gen 4070ti.

by the way, thought triples looked good but when you go back to VR, that WOW factor kicks right back in

I’m having an issue with the FFR rings — they don’t look quite right. Could you please advise what I need to do with this file? Also, when I try to log in to Discord, it just shows a blank page. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for your help!

We don't have the permissions to view this Discord channel. These links lead to empty pages. What is the name of the Discord channel where you can find MrNemo?

Ah. I asked the guy to place the DLL somewhere where other people can get it.
Meanwhile, it is VR Flight Sim guy.

    After experimenting:
Fixed forward rendering isn't worth it on the Q3. You trade significant anti-aliasing for 2% more GPU headroom. It seems useless on the Q3. Hardly a notable gain. A shame. Thanks for sharing, though.

Depends on how you set the rings and offsets. I do not notice it at all (Varjo Aero) and along with crop2fov this brings the extra bit of performance needed for fully smooth gameplay even through the heaviest scenarios on my rig.

For Quest 3, reducing vertical fov to something like % 60% gives huge headroom. I don't bother with foveated rendering on Q3 at all.

I already do that. But it wouldn't have been bad to trade a few percent of my field of view for FFR
