    We are looking to boost our team going into the new year with several positions opening in various fronts; if you are a professional in the gaming industry, a seasoned modder or just a passionate motorsport / sim racing fan fitting one of the positions listed below and are looking for a fresh challenge in 2026 we´d love to hear from you!

    All positions are for contracted remote work, with both part and full-time options.

    General Requirements:
    • Good written English skills
    • Team working skills
    • Minimum 20h/week avaliability (flexible schedule)
    Bonus Points:
    • Experience with SVN
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams
    • Experience with previous shipping racing games or released racing sim mod projects
    • Passionate about games (particularly racing/simulation titles)
    • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese

    SOFTWARE ENGINEER
    =======================
    Main requirements:

    • Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
    • Awareness of software performance considerations, with the ability to design and implement well performing systems.
    • Ability to analyse unfamiliar code of a reasonable complexity to understand, extend, refactor, and optimise existing functionality.
    • Pragmatism assessing the of level of engineering required to implement features/requirements.
    • Working knowledge of common GIT operations
    Responsibilities:
    • Work in cooperation with other programmers and artists, to design, implement , optimize, debug and document game features and systems.
    • Design and write code that is maintainable and easily updated in response to evolving requirements and/or user feedback
    • Be actively involved in design/planning discussions to aid leads in shaping development plans and timescale
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and maitainabilty of existing systems.
    Bonus Points:
    • Previous experience working with a large modular game codebase, its supporting tools, and middleware.
    • Good knowledge of render techniques and previous experience implementing/maintaining DirectX 11 renderers and shaders.
    • Previous experience implementing/maintaining multiplayer game networking systems

    SYSTEMS & IT MANAGER
    =======================
    Main Requirements:

    • Experience managing IT infrastructure for game development teams (with at least one complete studio or project support cycle in the portfolio);
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and workstation configuration (not mandatory to know both, but preferred);
    • Experience working with SVN, including setup, maintenance, and user management;
    • Familiarity with networking, VPN configuration, cloud services, and on-site hardware deployment;
    • Skills in security practices, backup solutions, and data integrity management;
    • Knowledge of basic performance optimization for workstations, build machines, and asset servers.

    GAME PRODUCER
    =================
    Main Requirements:

    • Experience as a Producer or Associate Producer in the game industry, ideally within racing or simulation titles
      Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle, from pre-production through launch and live operations
    • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, art, engineering, audio) and keep projects on schedule
    • Skilled in milestone planning, task tracking, and risk management using modern project management tools
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams & external partners
    • Demonstrated history of clear decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced development environment
    Bonus Points:
    • Familiarity with racing game mechanics, vehicle handling systems, and genre-specific production challenge
    • Availability to support team needs across time zones and respond quickly to high-priority production issues

    AUDIO DESIGNER
    ==================
    Main Requirements:
    • Proficiency in FMOD Studio
    • Experience in designing and implementing audio for racing games (with at least one project in the portfolio)
    • Knowledge of audio editing, mixing, and mastering, including use of plugins such as EQ, compression, noise reduction, and spatial audio tools;
    • Familiarity with game engine integration
    • Understanding of performance-friendly audio optimization and asset management.
    Bonus Points:
    • Experience with spatial audio design for cockpit and chase-cam perspectives;
    • Knowledge of DSP effects for dynamic racing scenarios (doppler, reverb zones, surface-based tire audio, etc.)
    • Skills in field recording, especially vehicle engines, exhausts, interiors, and environmental ambience;
    • Ability to work with multi-mic setups, engine RPM recordings, and granular/loop-based engine systems

    3D ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
    ===========================
    Main Requirements:

    • Experience in 3DS Max (with at least one complete track project in the portfolio);
    • Experience working with LiDAR, Point Cloud beta as well as visual referencing and photo matching. Adobe Photoshop, Substance Designer skills. Knowledge in basic optimization, low poly modelling
    Bonus Point:
    • Knowledge in Blender

    TEXTURE ARTIST
    =================
    Main Requirements:

    • Experience in Substance Designer/Photoshop, PBR and non-PBR workflow, good eye for context-based texturing, especially related to racing environment - curbs, tire marks, paint wear, non-stylized realistic neutral visuals.

    3D VEHICLE ARTIST
    ====================
    Main Requirements:

    • Experience in polygonal, low poly, vehicle modeling with 3DS Max
    • Experience in Adobe Photoshop texturing & UVS mapping
    • Portfolio with at least three complete car models (of 150k tris LOD A minimum)

    COMMUNITY MANAGER
    ======================
    Desired Skills:

    • Experience moderating online communities, preferably for gaming forums or Discord servers
      Strong knowledge of community guidelines, conflict resolution, and user engagement best practices
    • Ability to manage reports, enforce rules, and maintain a positive, welcoming environment
    • Familiarity with XenForo
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with players and staff
    • Demonstrated history of fair, consistent decision-making in community spaces
    • Availability for regular activity and quick response to urgent moderation needs
