Where do I find the associated "select" button in manual select gaze control mode?

    on keyboard
    press Enter or NumPad Enter doesn't seem to work

    on controller, wheel:
    I do have 3 controllers (Shifter, ButtonBox and Wheel) connected but no button I press is working as "select".

    on mouse:
    left click? really? very funny! If you use a mouse for this why use gaze control overall????

    Why can't I just assign a button to it in the controller settings?
