Is that why the a**end of any car I drive in ACC suddenly just floats to the front? I use a CSW 2.5.

I don’t think it is just non DD wheels, AMS2 has always been oversteery compared to other games like raceroom which is very understeery. You need to accomodate for it with your setup and driving style. I have a DD and still struggle with some cars which need to slide a lot going around corners for optimal lap time.

I assume (and hope) that one of the finishing touches has to do with the repeating road surface on the hilly straight. :p

Other than that those pics are looking well worth the wait.

Of course we always appreciate a new update and looks a very good and detailed new content (as always). But sharing attention with ACC update feels out of place in my perception. One more week to release it and the spot light would be entirely on AMS2 without hurting anyone because it was already late.

I might be a bit overoptimistic here but a well-made classic Nürburgring including the Südschleife should easily overshadow a few GT3s and Valencia, right?

I don't know exactly but I'd assume the guys and gals who like some boring modern GT machinery are not really into historic tracks and cars? I see no problem here. A historic version of the Nordschleife is imo much bigger news than some new paints and a new track for ACC because it is unique in modern sim racing.

While I agree with you, ACC also has physics updates and as it is really popular it may steal the spotlight. My point is, maybe we could attract new people out of curiosity if the attention wasn't shared. But I divague. Us that care about, let's get hypped!

Ideally you want these wooden poles go through the car or so.. Some people died this way.. If I am correct Kubica disformed his arm while a barrier was penetrating the car. Imagine these poles penetrating the car.. If Reiza can simulated that.. 'You died'

Additionally, ASM2 only has vintage GT3 cars by now. But that fits to AMS2. Even the newest AMS2 cars in the GTE class are already discontinued.

The physics changes are more like fixes to old issues like the kerb bumps, unless the ffb change is massive to put ACC on par with rF2 and AMS 2 ffb i doubt this update woulda been the game changer that will steal the spotlight

content wise the only intersting thing is the ferrari 296GT3, the lambo is just a evo version and i doubt the 992 porsche is gonna be that different from the 991

and valencia is a meh circuit, if they also added hockenhein than yeah i could see it stealing the spotlight from AMS 2 but valencia? i do not know a single person that have valencia in their top 5 tracks, i think its good to test cars and thats it really

Actually the GTE's are up to date in AMS 2 only missing some bois like the Aston and Ferrari 488 evo, oh and the Ford GT GTE.

however GTE class as a whole will end next year in wec
