    What's new:
    • (sorry) published v19 has an older version of car rotation formula - corrected now
    • (please, read the notes - very important to achieve more pleasure and less pain...)
    Still to improve/implement:
    • (no roadmap)

@Stakanov put it well. Just not possible without making a brand new one from them. Go for it :D.

The thing about FFB information is the unidimensional aspect of it - we need to put everything on a wheel rotation information - the more you stretch one component, the less 'visible' it will be for all the others.

Nice, thanks you for this, i'll try (1) and see how it feels (currently just set to OFF)
Do you know how they compare to the CSWv2.5 etc. for example if 1 = -1 what would 2 equal etc?

Also, good to have another V2 owner, i am using the recommended settings from the DK6000extreme v2 and love it, it's not as tough as i would like when turning into corners etc, id really like to feel the wheel push back on me the more i turn and resist my turn as in real life, but i think this is due to my wheel only being 7/8nm.

I will be ordering a CSDD and CSDD+ over the holidays to test both and return one, as i think i need more power.

I find all the FFB files dont give me the sensation of weight, resistance and rubber etc on asphalt when turning, but DK6000extreme v2 gets me very close to this and feels robust and heavy but not sluggish.

In game i am using Gain 70 / FX 24 the rest 0 and it feels good, anything above this i get clipping, i do get a little clipping at 70 but i feel the benefit of weight and resistance is worth it a little clipping here and there.

Do you have any tips for a feelow CSWv2 user :)

1 is qeual to -1, 2 is equal to -2 i think, and so on :)
I'm stay on V2 because its not worth to me to upgrade...its just a hobby for me :)
I think the CSW V2 is equal with 2.5...just little changes there and there
Also, 1000hz tick on the USB, which is pointless because most sim games don’t even send more than 500hz.

The most important difference between csw 2.5 and csw V2 is the extended drift mode in csw 2.5. On the V2 I would set the "DRI" to 1 or at most 2. This will give you less vibration and make your wheel more responsive. Otherwise there are no major differences between the bases except for the slightly modified servo motor

Perfect, i think you are correct. CSWv2.5 DRI OFF is equal (ish) to CSWv2 DRI2. So for CSWv2 a setting of around OFF/1/2 would make sense, and for DK6000Extremev2 Belt file, it would be around 1. Brilliant!

Really looking foreward to doing a little more testing tomorrow and setting up a few championships as it seems there is no where for these to shared which is a huge shame as people could really benefit from sharing custom championships etc.

Thanks again guys, for both the files, advice and everything else.

Yeah I understand that, I should of worded it differently.
Sorry I did not do well in English @ School. And I'm English. Doh
I will see what a few tweeks can do @ weekend with both to find Heaven.
They are both very close tho.

I made a boob with your file the other day and instead of changing tighten_range to 0.07
I did 0.7  It's the first thing I do. And it felt way to tight/heavy like no power steering.
I changed centering to 0.125 and it starting feeling better :D
actually started to get it feeling rather good with a few more tweeks.
Then realised my mistake. My excuse is I'm old and my brain is a bit frazzled.
I may go back again just for fun tho :D
